Mejoramiento de imagen urbana Tepeji del Río, Hidalgo

Abstract

The historic center of Tepeji del Río Hidalgo has an urban image perceived by the population as negative, there are some factors that make the urban image of this city look so deteriorated, as the alteration of the urban profile, which leads to visual disorder to the aggressive advertising that is sometimes very large, colorful and scandalous, in addition there are dilapidated and dilapidated buildings which give a bad image showing a dirty city. The urban image must reflect identity, structure and meaning that is why in this thesis we intend to make an improvement of the existing one, seeking to obtain a harmonious balance, for this we must consider the conception, enjoyment and identification of the people towards the space where they develop their activities and interrelate with the rest of their community. It is clear that we are all part of that environment and therefore, the environment and the image of the place reflects us as a society and as essential members of it, gathering the most outstanding characteristics or the very essence of the inhabitants is a set of aspects.

El centro histórico de Tepeji del Río Hidalgo posee una imagen urbana percibida por la población como negativa, hay algunos factores que hacen que la imagen urbana de esta ciudad se vea tan deteriorada, como la alteración del perfil urbano, el cual lleva al desorden visual debido a la agresiva publicidad que en ocasiones es muy grande, colorida y escandalosa, además existen edificaciones deterioradas y en mal estado las cuales dan una mala imagen mostrando una ciudad sucia. La imagen urbana debe reflejar identidad, estructura y significado es por eso que en esta tesis pretendemos realizar un mejoramiento de la ya existente, buscando obtener un equilibrio armónico, para ello debemos considerar la concepción, disfrute e identificación de las personas hacia el espacio donde desarrollan sus actividades y se interrelacionan con el resto de su comunidad. Es claro que todos somos parte de ese entorno y por lo mismo, el entorno y la imagen del lugar nos refleja como sociedad y como integrantes esenciales del mismo, reuniendo las características más destacadas o la esencia misma de los habitantes es un conjunto de aspectos.
