Mediante un estudio de datos físico geográficos de la ciudad, datos sociales, normatividad, así como de relación y contacto entre el hombre y el agua, se logró la proyección de un edificio equilibrado entre construcción-naturaleza con espacios aptos para la orientación medica de pacientes, gimnasios de terapias físicas, así como de hidroterapia, con la característica de ser confortables y de relajación.
