Parque temático de los Filtros Viejos

Abstract

This document describes the different activities achieved, based on professional experience, over the years since high school and Architecture School till today as intern architecture. The document contains four parts that concisely describes the formative stage as a student in the Architecture School, today Faculty; where sometimes continuously and bachelorDegreeWorks recurrently but welcome for thirteen years. The second part outlines in the same way, some experiential practices performed as an intern and activities that had to overcome to get to this endeavor as pretender to the professional degree. The third part is called experiential contribution, including what the author gave to the society through the implementation of the knowledge received during trainings and experiential experiences mentioned in the technical participation of the related work. The fourth part describes the project called " Parque Temático de los Filtros Viejos”; project hired by the Urban and Environment Secretary, in which the author participated as project leader, in technical, environmental and architectural aspects. Actual proposal valid now as entity advisor by the instructions of M. I. Mauro Ramón Ballesteros Figueroa, who knows about the participation in the project and commands the instruction to follow the appropriate regulatory consultation and future management of the executive project. The following format shows two of the tree segments that the sheet uses to describe and illustrate the narrative of the proposed work, the third fraction is used to introduce the reader through photographs of the surroundings of “La Cañada de los Filtros Viejos”, the confection of a little ship of paper that was the ludic origin of the project and its geometrical forms used for design of different constructive and infrastructural elements proposed in the project Parque Temático de los Filtros Viejos.

En el presente documento se describen las distintas actividades realizadas en base a la experiencia profesional adquirida, durante los años como estudiante preparatoriano, alumno de la facultad y hasta hoy como pasante de arquitectura. El documento lo integran cuatro partes, la primera describe de manera concisa la etapa formativa como estudiante en la Escuela de Arquitectura, hoy Facultad; donde en ocasiones de manera continua y otras de forma recurrente se acogió durante trece años. La segunda parte esboza de la misma manera, algunas de las prácticas de la etapa vivencial realizadas como pasante y actividades que se tuvieron que sortear para llegar a este empeño como pretendiente al título profesional. Se denomina aporte vivencial a la tercera parte, incluye lo que el autor brindó a la sociedad a través de la implementación del conocimiento adquirido en las experiencias formativa y vivencial anteriormente mencionadas en la participación técnica de la obra que se relata. La cuarta parte describe y transcribe el Proyecto denominado “Parque Temático de los Filtros Viejos”, proyecto contratado por la Secretaría de Desarrollo Urbano y Medio Ambiente, en donde este autor participo como líder del proyecto, de los aspectos técnicos, ambientales y arquitectónicos. Propuesta vigente que ahora como Asesor de esta Secretaría, por instrucción del Secretario M. en I. Mauro Ramón Ballesteros Figueroa, quien no desconoce la participación y ha instruido se dé seguimiento para la concertación regulatoria correspondiente y una futura gestión del proyecto ejecutivo.
