Teatro Puruándiro N'14

Abstract

The Theater Puruándiro N'14 project comes from the idea of providing spaces for society worthy of the city of Puruándiro interested in the performance of the performing arts and related to them with the main objective of giving space to culture. It has 2,500 m2 of built in 7,164 m2 of land surface, the main spaces are there are: a room with 405 seats auditorium, art gallery, temporary exhibition area, library, multipurpose room and a cafeteria, the latter in terms of expanding the diversity of recreational and cultural activities in the building. Moreover, the project is defined by the plastic austerity predominance of simple forms with the intention of not attacking the urban image of the city, however, some elements of modern architecture with which it aims to bring the architectural proposal to be taken up one belonging to the current time point.

El proyecto Teatro Puruándiro N’14 surge a partir de la idea de proponer espacios dignos para la sociedad de la ciudad de Puruándiro interesada en el ejercicio de las artes escénicas y otras afines a éstas con el objetivo principal de dar espacio a la cultura. Tiene 2,500 m2 de superficie construida en 7,164 m2 de superficie de terreno, los espacios principales con los que cuenta son: una sala del auditorio con 405 butacas, galería de arte, área de exposiciones temporales, librería, sala de usos múltiples y una cafetería, éstos últimos en función de expandir la diversidad de actividades recreativas y culturales en el edificio. Por otra parte, el proyecto está definido por la austeridad plástica predominando las formas simples con la intensión de no agredir la imagen urbana de la ciudad, sin embargo, se retoman algunos elementos de la arquitectura moderna con las que se busca acercar la propuesta arquitectónica a una perteneciente al momento temporal actual.
