Guardería para la Universidad Michoacana de San Nicolás de Hidalgo

Abstract

This thesis discusses a nursery that is intended primarily to help mbachelorDegreeWorks and fathers who are students, teachers or employees of the Universidad Michoacana, that have the need to leave their children in the care of bachelorDegreeWorks to be able to study or work, it will also be a place where people affiliated to the Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS) may leave their children, giving priority to students, teachers or employees of the Universidad Michoacana. The Universidad Michoacana de San Nicolás de Hidalgo only features one nursery at their disposal; and this is outside of the campus, and not all teachers, students and employees can make use of it, only people who belong to the Union of teachers of the Michoacana University (SPUM) can use it. The nursery is located in the 200 Rector Alberto Oviedo Mota street, and it is about 4.4 kilometers away of the campus of the Universidad Michoacana, it is like 35 to 40 minutes away. The terrain that I chose is located in a place which is well located, despite becoming a corner of City University. The trajectories should be from different inputs are varied, but can be quickly through corridors and walkways of University City. The areas that I shall take into account for the implementation of the project got them against that standard gives us the IMSS, SEDESOL, and similar cases; I took which by law gives us the IMSS because it is the most important since it will subsidize child care.

Ésta tesis habla sobre una guardería que está pensada principalmente para ayudar a las madres y padres que son alumnos, profesores o trabajadores de la Universidad Michoacana, que tienen la necesidad de dejar al cuidado de terceras personas a sus hijos para poder estudiar o trabajar, también será un lugar donde personas afiliadas al Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social (IMSS) podrán dejar sus hijos, dando prioridad a los alumnos, profesores o trabajadores de la Universidad Michoacana. La Universidad Michoacana de San Nicolás de Hidalgo sólo cuenta con una guardería a su disposición; y ésta se encuentra fuera de las instalaciones de Ciudad Universitaria, y no todos los maestros, alumnos y trabajadores pueden hacer uso de ésta, ya que sólo la pueden utilizar las personas que pertenecen al Sindicato de Profesores de la Universidad Michoacana (SPUM). Dicha guardería se encuentra en la calle Rector Alberto Oviedo Mota #200, Jardines de Torremolinos, a 4.4 kilómetros de las instalaciones de la Universidad Michoacana, es decir, a 35 – 40 minutos de distancia. El terreno que elegí se encuentra en un lugar donde está bien ubicado, a pesar de quedar en una esquina de Ciudad Universidad. Las trayectorias que se deben hacer desde las distintas entradas son variadas, pero se pueden hacer de manera rápida mediante los pasillos y andadores de Ciudad Universitaria. Las áreas que voy a tomar en cuenta para la realización del proyecto las obtuve comparando las que por norma nos da el IMSS, SEDESOL, y los casos análogos; tomé los que por ley nos da el IMSS ya que es el más importante ya que subsidiará la guardería.
