Abstract

La presente memoria, plantea un proyecto de Fraccionamiento de tipo medio en la cuidad de Puruándiro Mich., en cual se integra el análisis del sitio en cuanto a los diferentes factores que afectan el diseño del mismo, tales como el medio físico, social, así como los reglamentos y programas que regulan la creación de nuevos desarrollos habitacionales en Puruándiro. Se plantea el proyecto de un nuevo Fraccionamiento dentro de la cuidad de Puruándiro, con el cual se busca en cierta medida ayudar con el crecimiento ordenado de la ciudad, y también a brindar la oportunidad al usuario de obtener un lote para el desarrollo de una vivienda. Por lo que podremos encontrar en este trabajo el análisis del sitio, es decir el análisis que se realizó para determinar el terreno, estos análisis contemplan el equipamiento urbano existente en el área de influencia del terreno. Así mismo se muestra un análisis en cuanto a la infraestructura existente, es decir el drenaje, red de agua potable, energía eléctrica. El proyecto en el cual se contempla en el diseño, la aplicación de normativa que establece el Código de desarrollo urbano del estado de Michoacán.
