Mercado y plaza comercial San Juan en Peribán de Ramos, Michoacán

Abstract

Township market Peribán Ramos, Michoacán has poor conditions within health, architecture, spatial distributions and especially in the urban image that overlooks the city center. This work focuses on improving all aspects above to start from scratch and create a workable and clean project to ensure an improvement in both the urban image and economically. The addition of new stores and offices to the building allows us to increase the use and operation thereof, giving users more fluency with this guarantee economic flow in the area; project is not only benefit the tenants of the market but to the surrounding businesses at the same well as the area where it is located, speeding up traffic flow and user. Municipal authorities have a vested interest in building the project because with this they are able to give a new twist to the center of the municipality.

El mercado del Municipio de Peribán de Ramos, Michoacán cuenta con pésimas condiciones en cuestión de salubridad, arquitectura, distribuciones espaciales y sobre todo en la imagen urbana que da al centro de la ciudad. El presente trabajo se enfoca en mejorar todos los aspectos antes mencionados para comenzar de cero y crear un proyecto funcionable y limpio para garantizar un mejoramiento tanto en la imagen urbana como en el aspecto económico. La incorporación de nuevos locales y oficinas al edificio nos permite elevar el uso y funcionamiento del mismo, dándole más fluidez de usuarios para con esto garantizar el flujo económico de la zona; esté proyecto no solo beneficiara a los locatarios del mercado, sino a los negocios aledaños al mismo así como a la zona en la que se encuentra localizado, agilizando flujo vehicular y de usuarios. Las autoridades del Municipio tienen un gran interés en la construcción del proyecto ya que con esto ellos logran darle un nuevo giro al centro del Municipio.
