Diagnóstico de la zona federal: vía general de comunicación ferroviaria Pacífico-Norte

Abstract

Within the first chapter here is described within this thesis analysed the historical background of the railway in the century XIX and XX, as well as be also analyzed different thoughts about how it was that with the passage of time these routes were running out of service to the extent of being invaded by settlements in some cases, and where also revised as regards the legal framework of settlements with which such federal zone governed as well as the fundamental concepts and similar cases successful in Mexico and Spain where avoided such invasions and they are now runners or public spaces for recreation and enjoyment of the society. In the second chapter will specifically analyze the historical background of railroad tracks in Zamora de Hidalgo, in the section from Km 25 + 000 to 56 + 000, as well as the characteristics and limits of railways within the urban area and the causes that led to the occupation of this federal area, at the same time analysed the different types of housing and services that already have in the area, which by Decree its use was to create public spaces for leisure and recreation. A third chapter that derived from the analysis of the two previous chapters will allow us a real zone through the identification of soil served (urban land), which allows us to identify the main means of connectivity between areas of employment with the railways and served soils diagnosis and thus only in character of mention suggest some alternatives of relocation which serve as a basis for future administrations and thus this railway can be released and used with the raised end that is to generate a Greenway project. Finally some recommendations were made to prevent more illegal settlements that will allow us to preserve these areas of agreement for the purpose are for.

Dentro del primer capítulo aquí se describe dentro de esta memoria se analizaron los antecedentes históricos del ferrocarril en el siglo XIX Y XX, así como se también analizaron diversas reflexiones acerca de cómo fue que con el paso del tiempo estas vías fueron quedando sin servicio al grado de ser invadidas en algunos casos por asentamientos irregulares, y donde también se revisó lo referente al Marco legal de asentamientos irregulares con el cual se rige dicha zona federal, así como los conceptos fundamentales y casos análogos exitosos en México y España donde se evitó dichas invasiones y ahora son espacios públicos o corredores destinados a la recreación y esparcimiento de la sociedad. En el segundo capítulo se analizaran específicamente los antecedentes históricos de las vías de ferrocarril en Zamora de Hidalgo, en el tramo del Km 25+000 al 56+000, así como las características y límites de las vías férreas dentro de la mancha urbana y las causas que generaron la ocupación de esta zona federal, a la vez se analizaron las diversas tipologías de viviendas y servicios con los que ya se cuenta en la zona, la cual mediante decreto su uso era con el fin de generar espacios públicos de esparcimiento y recreación. Y un tercer capítulo que derivado del análisis realizado de los dos anteriores capítulos nos permitirá realizar un diagnóstico real de la zona mediante la identificación de suelo servido(suelo urbano), que nos permita identificar las principales vías de conectividad entre las zonas de empleo con las vías férreas y suelos servido y así solo en carácter de mención proponer algunas alternativas de reubicación que sirvan de base para futuros gobiernos y así esta vías ferroviarias puedan ser liberadas y utilizadas con el fin planteado que es generar un proyecto de Vía Verde. Finalmente se realizaran algunas recomendaciones para evitar más asentamientos ilegales que nos permitan preservar estas áreas de acuerdo para el fin que son destinadas.
