Plan parcial de ordenamiento, mejoramiento y revitalización de la imagen urbana del Centro Histórico de la ciudad de Puruándiro, Michoacán

Abstract

This work was conducted at the request of the municipal government of the city of Puruandiro, Michoacan. Those concerned about the serious deterioration of the urban image of the historic center of the same, we were asked make a study of infringement that have suffered the urban landscape, the buildings and historical monuments, in order to know the problems that affect and well design a plan that will help in the recovery of your lost splendour. The first decision that was taken was delimiting the topic of study for which it was decided that this would be an investigation that would focus on the rearrangement and not the regeneration or the physical improvement of the urban image of the historic center of the city of Puruándiro. It was a great value to the history of the place, taking into account that is closely connected to the subject that concerns us at this time. We instill this thesis in the current legislation applicable to the urban development, as well as to the protection of artistic and historical monuments and archaeological areas and zones. We studied various theories about the restoration, which led us to understand that the general consensus tells us that the most important thing is the conservation of cultural heritage, architectural and historical and you should try as much as possible keep its construction characteristics, aesthetic and functional to ensure their existence and return its value. It was also emphasized the importance of the choice of the place to build a city, as the physical environment and determine the geographic form that each people will live and design your buildings and urban centers. On the bachelorDegreeWork hand was an analysis of the economy, society, infrastructure, government, traditions and cultures of the people, which helped us to know the manner in which people interact with the city, which allows us to design development plans and growth the most attached as possible to the reality of this people.

El presente trabajo se realizó a petición del gobierno municipal de la ciudad de Puruándiro, Michoacán; Quienes preocupados por el grave deterioro de la imagen urbana del centro histórico de la misma, nos pidieron realizar un estudio del menoscabo que han sufrido el paisaje urbano, los edificios y monumentos históricos, con el fin de conocer los problemas que lo afectan y así diseñar un plan que ayude en la recuperación de su esplendor perdido. La primera decisión que se tomó fue delimitar el tema de estudio por lo que se decidió que ésta sería una investigación que se enfocaría en el reordenamiento y no la regeneración o el mejoramiento físico de la imagen urbana del centro histórico de la ciudad de Puruándiro. Se dio un gran valor a la historia del lugar, tomando en cuenta que está íntimamente ligada al tema que nos atañe en este momento. Fundamentamos esta tesis en la legislación actual aplicable al desarrollo urbano, así como a la protección de monumentos artísticos e históricos y zonas y zonas arqueológicas. Se estudiaron diversas teorías sobre la restauración, las cuales nos llevaron a entender que el consenso general nos habla que lo más importante es la conservación del patrimonio cultural, arquitectónico e histórico y se debe intentar en lo posible mantener sus características constructivas, estéticas y funcionales para así garantizar su existencia y devolverle su valor. Se hizo también hincapié en la importancia que tiene la elección del lugar en el que se edificará una ciudad, ya que el medio físico y geográfico determinan la forma que cada pueblo vivirá y diseñara sus edificios y centros urbanos. Por otro lado se hizo un análisis sobre la economía, sociedad, infraestructura, gobierno, tradiciones y culturas del pueblo, lo que nos ayudó a conocer la manera en que los habitantes interactúan con la ciudad, lo que nos permite diseñar planes de desarrollo y crecimiento lo más apegado posible a la realidad de este pueblo.
