Abstract

The film theme park in Morelia is a project that promotes the Ministry of Tourism through the Plan of linking the historic center of the city to the Convention Center located in Av , Camelinas for the purpose of distributing cultural activities in different parts of the city avoiding the concentration of these activities in the Historic Center which ocaciona traffic problems by not having enough space. The building is strategically located to link different parts of the city 's historic center . The formal aspect of the building is new and functional offering comfort inside , spacious living and circulation areas lit by a large dome that allow natural light as well as spaces for different activities throughout the year, has a terrace with overlooking the square of access and green areas that promote family life .

El parque temático para cinematografía en Morelia es un proyecto que promueve la Secretaria de Turismo mediante el Plan de vinculación del Centro Histórico de la ciudad con el Centro de Convenciones ubicado en la Av., Camelinas con el propósito de distribuir las actividades culturales en diferentes puntos de la ciudad evitando así la concentración de dichas actividades en el Centro Histórico que ocasionando problemas de vialidad por no contar con los espacios suficientes. El edificio estará estratégicamente ubicado para vincular distintos puntos de la ciudad con el centro histórico. El aspecto formal del edificio es novedoso y funcional ofreciendo confort en su interior, amplias áreas de convivencia y circulaciones iluminadas por un gran domo que permitirá la entrada de luz natural, así como espacios para diferentes actividades durante todo el año, cuenta con una terraza con vista a la plaza de acceso y áreas verdes que fomentarán la convivencia familiar.
