Abstract

In this present elaboration is noticed the problem of the 386 (three hundred eighty-six) hawkers are tied up the streets the Zitacuaro town Sort it out through the new approach of a municipal marketplace, earmarked by “Ayuntamiento Municipal”. The new approach of the Municipal Marketplace is a theoretical analysis of disaggregated chapters about the performance of the project. As well as the design of the building, carried out through a normative study, comparing different markets for to earn the spaces. Examining the furniture of each of the areas of local dimensions that were gotten. By the way, it carried out the final executive project.

En el presente trabajo se observa la problemática de los 386 puestos ambulantes que se encuentran obstruyendo las calles del Municipio de Zitácuaro. Solucionándolo a través de la nueva propuesta de un Mercado Municipal, asignado por el Ayuntamiento del Municipio. La nueva propuesta del Mercado Municipal hace un análisis teórico de los capítulos desglosados acerca del funcionamiento del proyecto. Así mismo el diseño de dicho edificio, realizado a través de un estudio normativo, comparando diferentes Mercados para obtener los espacios. Examinando el mobiliario de cada una de las áreas se sacaron las dimensiones de los locales. De esta manera se realizó el proyecto ejecutivo.
