"Nodo turístico y cultural en Tzintzuntzan". Spa, relajación y descanso

Abstract

We carry out this project in the state of Michoacan municipality of Tzintzuntzan in Michoacán because of the importance of the tourism attraction either national and international to this area by the amount of natural attractions and tangible and intangible heritage with that account. The investigation was carried out as necessary field visits and support me with data from INEGI and data provided by the Secretariat of Tourism, to know the needs and projecting power well the architectural spaces, that cover the needs of the area lake Patzcuaro Lake. Is performed in this is the municipality that has the least amount of spaces that help the attraction of tourism. Derived from the research carried out, we've picked up the famine and by which determine establish a center called "Node and Cultural Tourism in Tzintzuntzan" with spa facilities, relaxation and sleep. Within the interior spaces with what account of this node is tourism: a guardhouse, a fourth of machines, areas of parking lots, health modules, a museum with areas of audiovisual rooms and projection, a traditional restaurant, a spa with temazcal, a camping area, and an administration area with workers. For the realization of this project is handled materials of the lacustrine region as they are: the stones (flagstone and ball), tile roof and the walls finished in mud in appearance and colors characteristic of this region, but using current methods of construction and the implement of materials as is the use of brick, glass and steel. It is hoped that with the realization of this project will cover various needs of the tourists as well with this, increase the pours out of this economic municipality and therefore to the inhabitants of this region, as well as combating the high rate of unemployment with the account that this region, and take advantage of the great traditions with that account that can be run as feedback and cultural knowledge among the visitors.

Realizamos este proyecto en el estado de Michoacán municipio de Tzintzuntzan en Michoacán por la importancia que tiene la atracción de turismo ya sea nacional e internacional a esta zona por la cantidad de atractivos naturales y patrimonio tangible e intangible con la que cuenta. Se realizó la investigación necesaria como visitas de campo así apoyándome con datos del INEGI y datos proporcionados por la Secretaria de Turismo, para conocer las necesidades y poder así proyectar los espacios arquitectónicos, que cubren las necesidades de la zona lacustre el Lago de Pátzcuaro. Se realiza en este es el municipio que cuenta con la menor cantidad de espacios que ayudan a la atracción del turismo. Derivado de la investigación realizada, hemos captado las carestías y por lo cual determine establecer un centro denominado “Nodo Turístico y Cultural en Tzintzuntzan” con instalaciones de spa, relajación y descanso. Dentro de los espacios interiores con lo que cuenta este Nodo Turístico es: una caseta de vigilancia, un cuarto de máquinas, áreas de estacionamientos, módulos de sanitarios, un museo con áreas de proyección y salas audiovisuales, un restaurante de comida tradicional, un spa con temazcal, un área de acampar, y una administración con área de trabajadores. Para la realización de este proyecto se manejan materiales de la región lacustre como lo son: las piedras (laja y bola), teja de barro y los acabados en muros en apariencia barro y colores característicos de esta región, pero utilizando métodos de construcción actuales y el implemento de materiales como lo es el ladrillo, el cristal y el acero. Se espera que con la realización de este proyecto se cubran diversas necesidades de los turistas así con ello, aumentar la derrama económica de este municipio y por ende a los habitantes de esta región, así como combatir el alto índice de desempleo con el que cuenta esta región, y aprovechar las grandes tradiciones con las que cuenta que puede funcionar como retroalimentación y conocimientos culturales entre los visitantes.
