Unidad administrativa para el H. Ayuntamiento de La Piedad

Abstract

This document presents the proposal to the Administrative Unit of the Municipal Government of La Piedad, Michoacan. The terrain where is projected is located on the outskirts of the city, with a marked topography, and close to the football stadium of the Municipality. The space is an area of donation that follows the minimum requirements of the different regulations and the building tries to take full advantage of all the qualities of the context: the panoramic views of the city, as well as the geographical and physical conditions of the site. Besides it sought accessibility for all its inhabitants and the flexibility of use change. Also, it proposed sustainable elements that promise to improve environmental and comfort conditions, this way achieving the duty we have with the society and the environment. The proposal responds to the current problem that the Town Hall is facing with the overuse and wear of the historic building of the City Hall and is part of a much more ambitious plan to improve the area that surround the property.

Este documento presenta la propuesta para la Unidad Administrativa del H. Ayuntamiento de La Piedad, Michoacán. El terreno donde se proyectó se localiza en la periferia de la Ciudad, con una topografía muy marcada, y cercano al estadio de fútbol del Municipio. El espacio es un área de donación que cumple con las características mínimas de los diferentes reglamentos y el edificio procura aprovechar al máximo todas las cualidades del contexto: las perspectivas panorámicas de la ciudad, así como las condiciones geográficas y físicas del sitio. Además se buscó accesibilidad para todos sus habitantes y la flexibilidad de cambio de uso. También se proponen diferentes elementos sustentables que prometen mejorar las condiciones ambientales y de confort, cumpliendo así la obligación que se tiene con la sociedad y el medio ambiente. La propuesta responde al problema actual que enfrenta el Ayuntamiento con la sobreutilización y desgaste del edificio histórico de la Presidencia Municipal y es parte de un plan mucho más ambicioso para mejorar la zona que rodeara el inmueble.
