El actual documento desarrolla un tema que es principalmente dedicado a los perros y gatos de la ciudad de Morelia, que se encuentran en estado de calle, maltratado o abandonado por su dueño. Para apoyo se tiene en cuanta las diferentes problemáticas que pueden llegar a ocasionar estos animales. Se realizó un estudio que se divide en diferentes capítulos en los cuales se estudia la sobrepoblación que generan, diferentes albergues dentro de la ciudad así como también a nivel internacional, con esto se optaron por usar los espacio adecuados y necesarios que deberá de tener el proyecto para que los animales tengan las áreas que requieren.
