Abstract

All the threats facing our world, the environment is the only that we are capable of controlling. However at this time does not appear to be as well, in spite of the fact that the great defenders of the environment, the ecology have achieved international agreements seems to be that it is insufficient and that the demand for the care of the planet is increasing and we have not been able to make a radical change or significant. However each one of us as individuals we have a responsibility to do something in this regard, a basic way to do this is to change our own personal conduct, because while our governments and institutions discussed environmental solutions, one can act in a manner directly and effectively. We believe that the major polluters of the planet are the major industries, factories that do not treat their waste with efficiency, but really the major polluters of the planet are found in our buildings because they are the ones that consume the most large amounts of electricity, and release them in greater quantity gases that harm immediately to the environment. Without getting lost in the words on which is the eco-design, it is only to be more passive with our natural environment immediately; and this we believe that is achieved only on the basis of respect for the nature and inherently to the man, and because taking nature into account and care there is no doubt that we look after ourselves. This being a building (center eco-tourist) that offers a service of recreation, also becomes an opportunity to show the tourist or visitor of the importance of caring for our natural environment, and is shown as well since the conception of your design with the following premise respect the natural environment and the man of the place.

De todas las amenazas a las que se enfrenta nuestro mundo, el medio ambiente es la única que somos capaces de controlar. Sin embargo en este tiempo no parece ser así, a pesar de que los grandes defensores del ambiente, la ecología han logrado acuerdos internacionales parece ser que es insuficiente y que la demanda del cuidado del planeta es cada vez mayor y no hemos sido capaces de hacer un cambio radical o significativo. Sin embargo cada uno de nosotros como individuos tenemos la responsabilidad de hacer algo al respecto, una manera básica de hacerlo es cambiar nuestra propia conducta personal, pues mientras nuestros gobiernos e instituciones ambientalistas discuten las soluciones, uno puede actuar de manera directa y eficaz. Creemos que los grandes contaminadores del planeta son las grandes industrias, fabricas que no tratan con eficiencia sus desechos, pero realmente los grandes contaminadores del planeta se encuentran en nuestros edificios pues ellos son los que consumen las más grandes cantidades de electricidad, y liberan en mayor cantidad gases que perjudican de manera inmediata al medio ambiente. Sin perderse en las palabras sobre que es la eco-diseño, solo se trata de ser más pasivos con nuestro entorno natural inmediato; y esto creemos que se logra solo a partir del respeto a la naturaleza e intrínsecamente al hombre, pues tomar en cuenta a la naturaleza y cuidarla no hay duda de que nos cuidamos a nosotros mismos. Siendo este un edificio (centro eco-turístico) que ofrece un servicio de recreación, también se convierte en una oportunidad para mostrar al turista o visitante de la importancia del cuidado de nuestro entorno natural, y se muestra así desde la concepción de su diseño con la siguiente premisa respeto al medio natural y al hombre del lugar.
