Centro de comercialización artesanal, de enseñanza y gastronómico en Capula Michoacán

Abstract

Michoacán Capula, place of craftsman. This papers is a compilation of information, analysis, comparisons, experiences, and some interviews which together conclude in an architectural projectsuitable to solve many of the problems which the community of Capula faces. The investigation is based in four strategic points, these points are explained in further detail up next. Beginning with the theoretical research, a problem that arises in the community square, where artisans sale their crafts, was identified. Due to this we started with the correct justification in order to develop the thesis; various developers were searched in order to build the project and the authorities of the town were notified. Once the necessities of the town were determined we began to investigate who the possible users could be, the activities that they perform, their work, and the way they sale. Taking in consideration the location of the community the search for land that would give us the possibilities and characteristics for the development of the project by making an analysis of the physical and geographical affectations present on the ground began. Once the land was in situ its equipment, infrastructure, roads, and urban image were analyzed in order to complement the project. Once the majority of the necessary elements were obtained the investigation of the analogies, the users, the activities began in order to completely gather information about the theoretical investigation for the development of the architectonic project. This investigation yielded as result an architectonic project which provides a space to the artisans, the cooks, and the tourists to complete all their activities in the best way possible.

Capula Michoacán, lugar de artesanos. El presente trabajo es una recopilación de información, análisis, comparaciones, vivencias, y entrevistas, que en conjunto concluyen con un proyecto arquitectónico apto para dar solución a varios de los problemas que aquejan a la comunidad de Capula. Para su desarrollo la investigación está basada en 4 puntos estratégicos, como se menciona a continuación. Comenzando la investigación teórica, se identificó un problema que se presenta en la plaza de la comunidad, donde los artesanos se establecen para la venta de sus artesanías. Por lo que se comenzó con la correcta justificación para el desarrollo de la tesis; se buscaron promotores para esperar se construya el proyecto y se dio del conocimiento a las autoridades del pueblo. Al ver las necesidades que el pueblo presenta se comenzó a investigar a los posibles usuarios, las actividades que realizan, su trabajo y el modo de venta. Tomando en cuenta la ubicación de la comunidad comenzó la búsqueda de un terreno que nos diera la posibilidad y características para el desarrollo del proyecto haciendo un análisis de las afectaciones físicas y geográficas presentes en el terreno. Teniendo el terreno en situ se analizó su equipamiento, infraestructura, vialidades e imagen urbana para complementar el proyecto. Obtenidos en su mayoría los elementos necesarios comenzó la investigación de analogías, a los usuarios potenciales, sus actividades y así complementar información de la investigación teórica para el desarrollo del proyecto arquitectónico. Teniendo así como resultado un proyecto arquitectónico que brinda un espacio agradable a los artesanos, las cocineras y los turistas para realizar todas sus actividades de la mejor manera posible.
