Centro infantil de educación inicial en Lomas del Durazno en Morelia

Abstract

This thesis develops the analysis about the problems the people have in the absence of required spaces for care of children. The mbachelorDegreeWorks have the necessity to leave their children to care anbachelorDegreeWork because they need to work, in the colony of Lomas Del Durazno in Morelia. One of the many objectives is to provide working mbachelorDegreeWorks a place that fulfilled the necessary requirements to provide safety, and well-being. The areas that integrate this project were gotten of comparing them with those for apply standard regulations of IMSS, SEDESOL and SEP. To achieve better support the suggested project, to take heed various of criterions design; such as the use of the disparity that ground has, using daises and construction joints in some areas, therefore ramps were used to give access within of the building. To offer a sense of comfort to children are implemented colors and textures that are not uncomfortable to interact. The natural light will be permit to the interior of the space windows and some areas will uncovered to give flow to the natural ventilation.

En esta tesis se desarrolla el análisis sobre la problemática que se tiene ante la ausencia de espacios adecuados destinados al cuidado de los niños. Las madres de familia tienen la necesidad de dejar al cuidado de terceras personas a sus hijos para poder ir a trabajar, estos en la Colonia Lomas del Durazno, en Morelia. Uno de los tantos objetivos que se tienen, es ofrecer a las madres trabajadoras, un sitio que integre todos los elementos necesarios para dar bienestar y seguridad a los niños. Las áreas que integraran el proyecto se obtuvieron comparándolas con las que por norma piden los reglamentos del; IMSS, SEDESOL y SEP. Para lograr mayor sustento al proyecto que se propone, se atendieron diversos criterios de diseño; tal como el aprovechamiento del desnivel que presenta el terreno, empleando plataformas y juntas constructivas en algunas zonas, para lo cual se implementó el uso de rampas para dar accesibilidad al interior del inmueble. Para ofrecer una sensación de comodidad a los pequeños, se implementaran el uso de colores y texturas que no resulten incomodas al momento de interactuar con estas. Se permitirá la entrada de iluminación natural, al interior de los espacios, con el uso de ventanas considerables, algunas zonas se dejaran descubiertas, para dar flujo a la ventilación natural.
