Conjunto habitacional para estudiantes de la Universidad Michoacana, campus Uruapan

Abstract

This thesis was performed to present the development of an investigation about one project concerning to a student residence for The Michoacán University. Uruapan campus. (Michoacán, México). The information presented begins with the definition of the theme which starts from a general concept to a particular concept which is characteristic of this project, at the same time it describes the characteristic and needs of the building. It also exposes the reason for this building, that means, that is a justification which sustain the importance in the Uruapan city because it would be the first building with those characteristic located in a developing area. It seeks to show the formulations of what is intended to achieve with this research during or after this job such as goals, scope of the project and some achievements that this project aspires like social and architectural achievements. Finally, the reader will find about the project because each building has their own operation, in this case one important factor is that the campus is near.

Esta tesis fue realizada para presentar el desarrollo de una investigación enfocada al proyecto de una residencia estudiantil para la Universidad Michoacana, campus Uruapan. La información que se presenta comienza con la definición del tema, que parte de un concepto general para llegar a uno particular propio de este proyecto, de igual forma se describe y aumentan las características y necesidades del edificio. También se expone la razón de este edificio, es decir, una justificación que sustenta su relevancia en la ciudad de Uruapan, ya que sería el primer edificio de esta índole ubicado en una zona en pleno desarrollo. Se busca mostrar las formulaciones de lo que se pretende lograr con esta investigación durante o posterior a este trabajo, metas, alcances y algunos logros que se aspiran con un proyecto de este tipo tanto social como arquitectónicamente. Por último, el lector encontrará información sobre el proyecto a desarrollar, ya que cada edificio tiene su funcionamiento propio; en el caso particular de la propuesta de este trabajo uno de los factores importantes es la cercanía al campus.
