Mirador el Estribo. Regeneración e implementación con ecotecnias

Abstract

This thesis raises the project named “Mirador the Estribo, Regeneration and implementation with eco techniques”, in which is proposed regenerate the equipment that they exist in it. As well as the implementation of new attractions, as tourism development which they are used eco techniques architecturally. The activities they could perform will be recreational, ecological, sports, gastronomic and about spreading. The potential user it is intended to be the tourism and local user. The raised objectives are design in set that promote the recreation and integration of man whit the nature, as well as satisfy your need, introducing new attractions for different tastes and ages, besides providing a new space of recreation focusing in the adventure and the ecological culture, since in Pátzcuaro town the most common is the cultural and religious tourism. The whole analysis is presenting place, theme, architectural proposals and budgets.

La presente tesis plantea el proyecto titulado “Mirador el Estribo, Regeneración e implementación con ecotecnias”, en la cual se propone regenerar el equipamiento que existe en él. Así como la implementación de nuevos atractivos como desarrollo turístico en el cual se emplean arquitectónicamente las ecotécnias. Las actividades que se podrán realizar serán recreativas, lúdicas, ecológicas, deportivas, gastronómicas y de esparcimiento. El usuario potencial se pretende sea el turista y usuario local. Los objetivos planteados son diseñar un conjunto que promueva la recreación y la integración del hombre con la naturaleza, así como satisfacer sus necesidades, introduciendo nuevos atractivos para diferentes gustos y edades, además de brindar un nuevo espacio de esparcimiento, potencializando el turismo de aventura y ecológico, ya que dentro del municipio de Pátzcuaro lo relevantes el turismo religioso y cultural. Se presenta todo el análisis del tema, lugar, propuestas arquitectónicas y presupuesto.
