El proyecto tiene la concepción de remodelar y ampliar la unidad deportiva existente en Cd. Altamirano, Gro para brindar principalmente a los jóvenes una manera de alejarse de las calles, los vicios y la delincuencia que especialmente invade esta ciudad.
