All this professional experience that I carry out was a work initiated from zero, from registering to the bidding work, taking the whole documentation in every step for that they are asking, also the production of the constructive procedure that owes that to go to be able to have Indicated materials and to the perfection like it he asks for the dependences, the production of documentation since it is, raising of the work, the price, the estimation, the planes, manage it of the work, and the follow-up of every document to charge, the scopes and limitations, all the people were benefited by the work and all the time it is going to last in his production, as well as His scope of restoration, also we can see how many factors were taken to be able to do the restoration of the sanctuary of the virgin of Guadalupe, who was the more important thing that I take to restore it as well as that so many people were sheltering in his interior in time of mass and times of peregrination, that motive was the restoration and for those who were going to use it, of Where it was possible to bring the major contribution of profit to be able to carry out this project, the dependence more than it governs and that takes charge of the whole conservation of these buildings that are a heritage of the humanity, who is CONACULTA ", National Advice for the Culture and the Arts of Mexico, ".

Este documento hace referencia a como poder restaurar un inmueble de los siglos anteriores, tomando en cuenta los diferentes procedimientos a seguir, para obtener el mejor trabajo posible, no obstante, también hace referencia a la importancia de algunos edificios arquitectónicos que se encuentran en nuestro estado, y la gran importancia que tiene para nosotros. Toda esta experiencia profesional que se llevó a cabo fue un trabajo iniciado desde cero, desde inscribirse a la licitación de obra, llevar toda la documentación en cada paso que van pidiendo, también la elaboración del procedimiento constructivo que se debe que llevar para poder tener los materiales indicados y a la perfección como lo pide las dependencias, la elaboración de documentación como es el, levantamiento de la obra, la cotización, la estimación, los planos, lo alcances de la obra, y el seguimiento de cada documento a cobrar, los alcances y limitaciones, cuanta gente fue beneficiada por la obra y cuánto tiempo va a durar en su elaboración, así como su alcance de restauración, también podemos ver cuántos factores fueron tomados para poder hacer la restauración del santuario de la virgen de Guadalupe, que fue lo más importante que se tomó para restaurarlo así como que tanta gente albergaba en su interior en tiempo de misa y tiempos de peregrinación, que motivo fue la restauración y para quienes la iban a utilizar, de donde se pudo traer la mayor aportación de ganancia para poder llevar a cabo este proyecto, la dependencia más que lo rige y que se encarga de toda la conservación de estos edificios que son patrimonio de la humanidad, que es CONACULTA ", Consejo Nacional para la Cultura y las Artes de México.
