Nuevas instalaciones para Radio Nicolaíta

Abstract

This thesis is the result of a personal interest in the medium of the radio and the intention of giving back something of how much I have received from the Universidad Michoacana de San Nicolas de Hidalgo, as well as an opportunity to make an architectural project of an acoustically functional building. The paper is divided in a written document that includes all determinants: historical, social and economic of the project, and the collection of plans that includes all of the executive Project done in the time that I spend on this thesis paper. The Nuevas Instalaciones de Radio Nicolaita is a project that responds to the station employees need of a new space to carry out its activities, it is an integral Project that responds to this need, integrating an administrative building, services and production areas in order to spread the culture and major events within the UMSNH. The project is located on the university campus in Ciudad del Conocimiento, located at south of the city of Morelia, location when the antenna broadcasts the station is. It has proposed a building that integrates the uneven terrain through platforms, articulated by a central courtyard and applying color on the face walls, a concept that it’s taken from the current mural located in the actual Radio Nicolaita building.

El presente trabajo de tesis surge de un interés personal por el medio de la radio y por retribuir algo de lo mucho que he recibido de la Universidad Michoacana de San Nicolás de Hidalgo, además como una oportunidad de realizar un proyecto arquitectónico de un edificio acústicamente funcional. El trabajo se divide en un documento escrito que recoge todas las determinantes; históricas, sociales, económicas y físicas para el desarrollo del proyecto, y planimetría que planteando el proyecto integral de carácter ejecutivo realizado a lo largo del período de elaboración de este documento. Las Nuevas Instalaciones para Radio Nicolaita es un proyecto que responde a la necesidad de los empleados de la radiodifusora de un espacio nuevo para llevar a cabo sus actividades, se trata de un proyecto integral que tiene como in satisfacer dicha necesidad, integrando así un edificio administrativo, servicios y espacios de producción con la finalidad de difundir la cultura y eventos importantes dentro de la UMSNH. El proyecto se localiza en el predio universitario en Ciudad del Conocimiento, al sur de la ciudad de Morelia, predio en donde se encuentra la antena de transmisiones de la estación. Se ha propuesto un edificio que se integre al desnivel de terreno mediante plata- formas, articulado mediante un patio central y aplicando el color en las fachadas, concepto que se retoma del mural localizado en el edificio actual de Radio Nicolaita.
