Abstract

This document is a thesis to obtain the title as an architect, for which I developed an investigation Project called “Mexican Center for Music and arts of Sound”, where I defined? how it Works? What is? it’s current state? their problems? And his scope? in order to generate an architectural proposal. An analysis was made of all aspects that involve an architectural Project, it presents a retrospective at the level of historical background, analysis of urban and social context, physical an geographical determinants and their functions, i also did a study of acoustic aspects, because CMMAS is a Project made to spread the arts that incorporate the sound as the main element, concluding in final section where it’s presented the architectural Project, the concept, a descriptive memory, and photo realism of the formal proposal final. The investigation ends with an annex of the planimetric that i used to developed the Project, going from the architectural plants, to the spacial criteria for the regeneration of the floor of the building.

En el presente documento es una tesis de licenciatura para obtener el título como licenciado en arquitectura, para lo cual se desarrolló un proyecto de investigación denominado Centro Mexicano para la Música y las Artes sonoras (CMMAS), en el cual se define como funciona, ¿Qué es?, su estado actual, su problemática y sus alcances, con el fin de generan una propuesta arquitectónica. Se realizó un análisis de todos los aspectos que involucran un proyecto arquitectónico, se presenta una retrospectiva a nivel de antecedentes históricos, análisis de contexto urbano, contexto social, determinantes fisco geográficos y su función, también se realizó un estudio de aspectos acústicos, debido a que el CMMAS es un proyecto para difundir las artes que incorporan el sonido como elemento principal, concluyendo en un apartado final donde se presenta el proyecto arquitectónico, se presenta el concepto, una memoria descriptiva y foto realismo de la propuesta formal final. Finiquitando la investigación con un anexo de la planimetría para desarrollar el proyecto, abarcando desde plantas arquitectónicas hasta detalles criterios especiales para la regeneración del suelo del predio.
