Diseño de centro de convenciones y negocios en La Piedad Michoacán

Abstract

This work consists of an investigation that was conducted for the design of a '' Convention and Business Center '' including a livestock exhibition center for the Municipality of La Piedad belonging to the State of Michoacán. The documentary research was made in three sections, the first level is about the justification for the need for the project, topics covering the problem statement by the municipality by the absence of a convention center were investigated; as social and cultural aspects of the region it shows that the Municipality of Mercy has great potential in livestock excellence. The second phase of the project is about environmental phenomena that were part and parcel to appropriate the project, an urban analysis what type of property was the best choice for the location of the same by the advantages of accessibility was made. building regulations of the state of Michoacán and the Regulation of SEDESOL, where re retook minimum measures, which were used for the projection of the architectural project were reviewed. The third and final phase was divided into three chapters, the first of these was the execution of the architectural project, where an analysis of congress organization based livestock exhibition of Piety and livestock exhibitions took place, which allowed for a program architectural. The second chapter of this phase was the executive project, of which only a project area, which was the area lounges, where will be reflected the type of construction system, materials discussed above, relevant finishes for this project was resumed and material type. El presente trabajo consta de una investigación que se realizó para el diseño de un ‘’Centro de Convenciones y Negocios’’ incluyendo un centro de exposiciones ganaderas para el Municipio de La Piedad perteneciente al Estado de Michoacán. La investigación documental se planteó en tres apartados, el primer ámbito se trata acerca de la justificación por la necesidad del proyecto, se investigaron temas que abarcan el planteamiento del problema que tiene el municipio por la ausencia de un centro de convenciones; ya que los aspectos sociales y culturales de la región muestra que el Municipio de la Piedad tiene un amplio potencial en excelencia ganadera. La segunda fase del proyecto se trata acerca de fenómenos ambientales que fueron parte fundamental para apropiar el proyecto, se realizó un análisis urbano por lo que el tipo de predio fue la mejor elección por la localización de este mismo por las ventajas de accesibilidad. Se revisaron reglamentos de construcción del estado de Michoacán, así como la Normatividad de SEDESOL, en donde re retomaron medidas mínimas, las cuales sirvieron para la proyección del proyecto arquitectónico. La tercera y última fase se dividió en tres capítulos, el primero de estos fue la ejecución del proyecto arquitectónico, donde se realizó un análisis de organización de congresos a base de la exposición pecuaria de la Piedad y exposiciones ganaderas, lo que permitió realizar un programa arquitectónico. El segundo capítulo de esta fase fue el proyecto ejecutivo, del que solo se retomó un área del proyecto, la cual fue la zona de salones, en donde se verán reflejados el tipo de sistema constructivos, materiales analizados con anterioridad, acabados pertinentes para este proyecto, así como el tipo de material. El tercero y último capítulo de esta fase, se trata de la visualización final del proyecto y el precio de este mismo. Basado en los costos paramétricos de NEODATA y del colegio de arquitectos del FCARM.
