Abstract

In the following thesis project of a Social Security Centre located to the west of the city of Morelia, in which its function is to integrate all the areas that are already set so that the user can make use of the various activities it is developed both sporting, cultural and training. depth research on the subject to understand was how the spaces should be required for the project, and the location of the property, its climate, soil type, etc., to design the project properly. Also some similar cases that were of great help in the design of spaces, without leaving aside the rules and regulations mentioned construction. Due to the topographic slope that counts the field, they had to create platforms in order to divide the project. As for the design of the main building he began to solving thinking in the least number of possible levels, to give hierarchy chose to rotate an item, getting two benefits at the same time giving you the best guidance that requires education building. Executive plans only the main building of the whole project in general and Parametric realization costs were made.

En el siguiente trabajo de tesis se desarrolla un proyecto de un Centro de Seguridad Social ubicado al Poniente de la Ciudad de Morelia, en el cual su función es integrar todas las áreas que ya están establecidas para que el usuario pueda hacer uso de las diversas actividades tanto deportivas, culturales y de adiestramiento. Se hizo una investigación a fondo sobre el tema para poder entender cómo deben de ser los espacios que se requieren para dicho proyecto, así como del lugar del predio, su climatología, tipo de suelo, etc., para poder diseñar correctamente dicho proyecto. Así mismo se mencionan algunos casos análogos que fueron de gran ayuda para el diseño de los espacios, sin dejar a lado las normas y reglamentos de construcción. Debido a la pendiente topográfica con la que cuenta el terreno, se tuvieron que crear plataformas para así dividir el proyecto. En cuanto al diseño del edificio principal, se empezó a resolver pensando en el menor número de niveles posibles, para darle jerarquía se optó por girar un elemento, obteniendo dos beneficios al mismo tiempo, dándole la mejor orientación que requiere un edificio de educación. Se realizaron planos ejecutivos únicamente del Edificio principal de todo el proyecto en general y realización de costos paramétricos.
