Complejo habitacional de vivienda básica estudiantil en Morelia Michoacán

Abstract

The objective of this thesis is to propose an architecture specifically designed to satisfy the basic academic and economic needs of foreign students who need a place outside their hometowns and thus continue with their education. The need for the project was based mainly on the study of real estate which is currently offered to foreign students, known as a house without the appropriate maintenance and / or lack of necessary equipment not to mention it must be shared by more than one student, or dwellings where only rent one bedroom, or even student- houses where you have to share everything with more than 50 people, and even more room houses 2 bedrooms with a high cost. We sought to resolve the applicants mainly user creating an integrated, harmonious and at the same time it was colorful and project speak for itself. The project was inspired by the eastern departments, specifically in the departments called "One Room" in Korea; these departments are only, as its name says, a room that has all the basic services and responds to specific needs of design due to the tight spaces that currently exist to build. Within the document is presented the investigation of the problem, rationale and methodology will be to thoroughly understand the project, while all both physical and geographical determinants governing the design and finally the project will be expose by itself. At the end of the document, each and every one of the media and references that were used for this work will be found.

El propósito de la presente tesis es proponer una arquitectura específicamente diseñada para satisfacer las necesidades básicas, académicas y económicas de los estudiantes foráneos que necesitan hacerse con un inmueble fuera de sus lugares de origen y así poder continuar con su formación académica. La necesidad del proyecto se basó principalmente en el estudio de la oferta inmobiliaria que es ofrecida actualmente a los estudiantes foráneos, siendo esta casa habitación sin el mantenimiento y/o equipamiento necesario que tienen que ser compartidas por más de un estudiante, casas habitación donde únicamente rentan una recamara, casas de estudiante donde se tiene que compartir todo con más de 50 personas e incluso casas habitación de más de 2 recamaras con un costo elevado. Se buscó principalmente el resolver las demandantes del usuario creando un proyecto integral, armónico y al mismo tiempo que fuera vistoso y hablara por sí mismo. El proyecto fue inspirado en los departamentos orientales, específicamente en los departamentos llamados “One Room” en Korea; estos departamentos son únicamente, como su nombre lo dice, una habitación que cuenta con todos los servicios básicos y responde a necesidades específicas de diseño debido a los reducidos espacios que existen actualmente para construir. Dentro del documento se encontrará la investigación de la problemática, justificación y metodología para entender a fondo el proyecto, al mismo tiempo se expondrán todas las determinantes tanto físicas como geográficas que rigen el diseño y por último se expondrá el proyecto en sí. Al final del documento se encontrarán todos y cada uno de los medios de información y referencias que se utilizaron para el presente trabajo.
