Nuevo edificio para el cuerpo de policías y protección civil del municipio de Santa Ana Maya, Michoacán

Abstract

For the development of this project was to established measures of safety devices and auto protection for the staff, users and assets to be applied in three moments: before, during and after a disaster o an emergency call, with the purpose to make the difference in the building currently in use. The objective of this project is to count with a unique building that can adapt to the general needs of evaluation of a contingency. In which it involves the criteria’s and needs to prevent an emergency, with the objective to deal with a mayor number of cases possible that can be presented in real life and to count with different trained personal in a distinctive level of formation. With the need of identifying the level of structural security of the building, or the incidences of a catastrophic phenomenon that generates during the year and that force the evaluation of the infrastructure. This project is proposing with the information gathered by the different sources of information and own investigation in the current building. The new building of the police and civil protection department in my town Santa Ana Maya, is a project that is located in the North region so the state of Michoacán. With the finality to attend the basic prevention services and the protection that the habitants from this region need, it will bring all the training need to the community to be prepared for an emergency, to bring better measures of prevention to the population, in which the will be fundamental to any natural disaster or emergency. Also to count with the participation of the whole community and have a group of prepared people who will be ready to collaborate in the activities and services of civil protection and act during any catastrophes or emergencies that can happen.

Para el desarrollo de este proyecto se establecieron medidas y dispositivos de seguridad y autoprotección para el personal, usuarios y bienes para ser aplicados en tres momentos: antes, durante y después de la eventualidad de un desastre o llamado de emergencia, con el propósito de marcar la diferencia respecto a las edificaciones empleadas actualmente. El objetivo de este proyecto es contar con un edificio único que se adapte a las necesidades generales de evaluación ante una contingencia, lo que involucra criterios y medidas de prevención con la finalidad de enfrentar el mayor número de casos posibles que se pudieran presentar en la realidad y contar con diferentes tipos de personal y niveles de formación. Ante la necesidad de identificar el nivel de seguridad estructural de la edificación existente, o bien ante las incidencias de un fenómeno perturbador que genere daño y que obligue a una evaluación de infraestructura se propone este proyecto con base en la información recopilada en distintas fuentes e investigación propia. El nuevo edificio de policías y protección civil del municipio de Santa Ana Maya, es un proyecto que se ubicara en la región Norte del estado de Michoacán. Con la finalidad de cubrir los servicios básicos de prevención y protección hacia los habitantes de esta región, de igual manera brindara, capacitación hacia la comunidad para estar atentos a llamado de emergencia, emprendiendo mejores medidas en cuanto a protección y defensa civil, fundaméntales para una necesidad o desastre natural. Además de contar con la participación ciudadana y tener un grupo de personas preparadas que estén dispuestas a colaborar en la actividad propia de los servicios de protección y actuar ante catástrofes o emergencias de la población.
