Abstract

The following thesis work is aimed at receiving the title of architect, it is about a Convention Center in the City of Zihuatanejo in the State of Guerrero which was chosen to carry out the project that solves certain problems of the place and with The end of titling. The following document is divided by reference frames which the research is based on the place where the project was carried out: theoretical framework, socio-cultural framework, geographic physical frame, urban framework, regulatory framework, technical framework and functional or conceptual framework , Each of the frames has the appropriate information to know the place and also develop a better architectural proposal, as well as at the end has the plans of the executive project.

El siguiente trabajo de tesis es con el objetivo de recibir el título de arquitecto, es acerca de un Centro de Convenciones en la Ciudad de Zihuatanejo en el Estado de Guerrero el cual fue elegido para realizar el proyecto que solucione a ciertas problemáticas del lugar y con el fin de titularme. El siguiente documento está dividido por marcos de referencia los cuales la investigación está basada del lugar donde se realizó el proyecto los cuales son: marco teórico, marco socio cultural, marco físico geográfico , marco urbano, marco normativo, marco técnico y marco funcional o conceptual, cada uno de los marcos cuanta con la información adecuada para conocer al lugar y también desarrollar una mejor propuesta arquitectónica, así como también al final cuenta con los planos del proyecto ejecutivo.
