Abstract

In the current document you’ll be able to follow the pertinent process for the realization of the architectural project “integration center of arts with artistic residence’s program by social retribution” which starts with an investigation in Morelia city in Michoacán. Morelia is a very touristic and cultural place, and for that reason the support of those activities are very important, the investigations are basing in the interest of Morelian people in cultural matters and the problems that the society in the city and the state actually have same that encompass a lack of interest and support to artists and young people who are interested in arts. The investigations about the building land in which will be built the edification was based on the investigation of the geographic location, urban and physical aspects of the place and bachelorDegreeWork aspects like weather, temperature which affects directly the building. In the current document is displayed the kind of foundation, materials and distribution of the building and bachelorDegreeWork characteristics in each space. The final executive planes reflects all the investigation behind fulfilling with all the needs of the users and a society which has a need to express herself through the art.

En el actual documento se observará el proceso pertinente para la realización del proyecto del “Centro de integración al arte con programa de residencia artística por medio de retribución social” la cual parte de una investigación en la ciudad de Morelia, Michoacán. Morelia es una ciudad turística y cultural, por lo que el apoyo de las actividades de esta índole son de vital importancia, las investigaciones se basan en el interés de los morelianos en materia de cultura, y en las problemáticas que tiene la sociedad en la ciudad y en general, del estado, mismas que se engloban una falta de interés y de apoyo a los artistas y jóvenes interesados en el ámbito artístico. Las investigaciones en torno al terreno en donde se edificará la construcción tienen que ver con la ubicación geográfica, urbana y aspectos físicos del lugar, así como el clima, temperatura y demás aspectos que afectan de manera directa el inmueble. Con base a los resultados, se muestra el tipo de cimentación, materiales y distribución del inmueble, y características particulares de cada espacio. Los planos ejecutivos al final del documento reflejan todo lo que se investigó cumpliendo con las necesidades de sus usuarios y de una sociedad con una necesidad de expresarse a través del arte.
