Proyecto arquitectónico para la unidad de protección civil y bomberos en Tancítaro Michoacán

Abstract

In the present document talks about the identify and the resolution of a social problem in a down town of “Tancitaro Michoacan” the next analysis, diagnostic and a proposal architectonical that can resolve the problem, all the process will be in the chapters. In the chapter I we can see the results of the town, first we investigate with the gold to identify any kind of social problem that it might have, like culture, sport’s, commercial, transport, urban group and so on. All this is to have a solution of all this problems, all the solutions are to have a better recurs to all the people in town, and this way we can have a better security, this will happen with the creation of the Unit of Civil Protection and Fire Station in Tancitaro Michoacan. In chapter II, we made the diagnostic of the cases and similar problem that can help us with process of the resolution that we have in Tancitaro, there is a program of needs that we can us to create in the spaces in town where we can build the Unit of Civil Protection and Fire Station. In the last chapter III, it explain the process of the design that we us to work and to resolve the project of the Unit of Civil Protection and Fire Station in Tancitaro, Michoacan.

En el presente documento se aborda la identificación y posterior resolución de una problemática social en un centro de población “Tancítaro, Michoacán” mediante el análisis, el diagnóstico y una propuesta arquitectónica que sea capaz de resolver tal problemática; dichos pasos se abordan en capítulos de la siguiente manera: En el capítulo I se aborda el análisis del municipio, principalmente se investiga con el fin de identificar una carencia en cualquier ámbito social; cultura, deporte, comercio, transporte, equipamiento urbano, infraestructura, etc.; Con la finalidad de darle una adecuada solución atacando esa problemática en específico, en este caso en particular corresponde a la necesidad de aplicar mayores y mejores mecanismos y recursos, para atender las necesidades básicas de seguridad de la población mediante la creación de la Unidad de Protección Civil y Bomberos en Tancítaro, Michoacán. En el capítulo II se hace un diagnóstico de casos análogos y problemáticas similares que pudieran ayudar a la adecuada resolución de la problemática que se presenta en el municipio de Tancítaro, se analiza un programa de necesidades para posteriormente general el programa arquitectónico que permitirá una adecuada interrelación entre los espacios que conformaran la Unidad de Protección Civil y Bomberos; buscando la integración de la composición formal del edificio. Por ultimo en el capítulo III se explica el proceso de diseño con el cual se trabajó para resolver el proyecto arquitectónico de la Unidad de Protección Civil y Bomberos en Tancítaro, Michoacán; se adopta un concepto de trabajo, se generan zonificaciones, croquis y planos esquemáticos que posteriormente se vacían en el programa de diseño elegido para trabar “SKETCHUP” para dar una solución estructural, estética y espacial, lo cual nos permite una mejor comprensión y manejo de los espacios proyectados.
