Abstract

The vernacular architecture of the populations of the state of Michoacán are characterized according to the geographical region of the state in which they are located with unique typologies because of their spatial characteristics which are modified according to the climate and the materials of the region in the Which are located, that is why the present thesis work has the purpose of performing a rescue of the exercise of architectural design in the existing spaces of the property, giving a new appropriate use according to the current needs of the population of Coalcomán and The adjacent region as it has singular elements that have generated the evolution of the destinations of the spaces of habitational use. The house where Lic. Natalio Vázquez Pallares was born and lived, having as its origin a purely housing function has evolved during the recovery of the House Room to House-Museum, which has as main objective to serve the Coalcomanenses, to make known The history of this character in the development of Michoacán, the regional history and the transcendental events happened in Coalcomán. In addition to the methodology used for the realization of this type of projects, it is considered the participatory community design and the investigation of oral and historical memory; Where traditions, customs and customs are expressed that up to the present day form an atmosphere of unity and joy between the families and society of this region which forms a unique intangible heritage in the State of Michoacán.

La arquitectura vernácula de las poblaciones del estado de Michoacán, se caracterizan de acuerdo a la región geográfica del estado en el que se localizan con tipologías únicas por sus características espaciales las cuales se modifican de acuerdo al clima y a los materiales propios de la región en el que se localizan, es por eso que el presente trabajo de tesis tiene la finalidad de realizar un rescate del ejercicio de diseño arquitectónico en los espacios existentes del inmueble patrimonial, dándole un nuevo uso adecuado de acuerdo a las necesidades actuales de la población de Coalcomán y la región adyacente ya que cuenta con elementos singulares los cuales han generado la evolución de los destinos de los espacios de uso habitacional. La casa donde nació y vivió el Lic. Natalio Vázquez Pallares, teniendo como origen una función netamente habitacional ha evolucionado al realizarse la recuperación de la Casa habitación a Casa-Museo, la cual tiene como objetivo principal servir a los Coalcomanenses, para dar a conocer la historia de este personaje en el desarrollo de Michoacán, la historia regional y los hechos trascendentales acontecidos en Coalcomán. Además de la metodología empleada para la realización de este tipo de proyectos, se considera el diseño participativo comunitario y la investigación de la memoria oral e histórica; donde se expresan tradiciones, usos, costumbres que hasta el día de hoy conforman un ambiente de unidad y júbilo entre las familias y la sociedad de esta región lo cual conforma un patrimonio inmaterial único en el Estado de Michoacán.
