Centro de rehabilitación para personas con adicciones, “Fundación Volver a Vivir”, en Morelia, Michoacán

Abstract

The content of the rehabilitation center for people with addictions thesis, research shows, towards obtaining a suitable project to its function, going through various chapters, which emphasize every aspect that is taken into account to project. In the first chapter the problem of addiction in Mexico is described, the second describes similar cases to meet the architectural elements that are necessary for this type of project. The third chapter discusses the type of user who will use it. In the next chapter the geographic data of the site where the project will be built in the sixth urban characteristics which is, in the seventh set out the necessary regulations described are exposed. In the next chapter the systems implemented for construction is described. In the ninth chapter appropriate spaces, which together form the addiction center, the tenth chapter project conceptualization described, the manner considered according to their type are set. The architectural proposal immediately implemented in the best way, so that the building meets the function which will be designated presented. In the twelfth chapter the approximate cost of the project is presented.

El contenido de la tesis centro de rehabilitación para personas con adicciones, muestra la investigación, hacia la obtención de un proyecto adecuado a su función, yendo por diversos capítulos, los cuales hacen énfasis en cada aspecto que se toma en cuenta para proyectar. En el primer capítulo se describe el problema de las adicciones en México, el segundo describe los casos análogos para conocer los elementos arquitectónicos que son necesarios para este tipo de proyecto. El tercer capítulo expone el tipo de usuario que lo utilizara. En el siguiente capítulo se exponen los datos geográficos del sitio en donde se edificara el proyecto, en el sexto se describe las características urbanas en las que se encuentra, en el séptimo capítulo se enuncian la normativa necesaria. En el siguiente capítulo se describe los sistemas que se implementaron para su construcción. En el noveno capítulo se enuncian los espacios adecuados, que en conjunto formen el centro de adicciones, el décimo capitulo se describe la conceptualización del proyecto, la forma que se consideró de acuerdo a su tipología. Enseguida se presenta la propuesta arquitectónica implementada de la mejor manera, para que este edificio cumpla con la función al que será designado. En el doceavo capitulo se presenta el costo aproximado del proyecto.
