Abstract

Current ecotourism seeks to contribute to the conservation of natural resources, through an integral planning of the use and management of these. It seeks to promote the well-being of local communities receiving tourism and to encourage sustainable development, that is, current growth that does not harm future possibilities. The state has beautiful attractions, one in particular is the "Route of health", this is a region in the north made up of sites where there are springs of thermal waters with healing and relaxation properties. The purpose is to design and plan an architectural project aimed at solving the need for a space that integrates the natural attractions of the locality, with the purpose of carrying out, in a safe and comfortable way, eco-tourism activities and of recreation, under an ecological approach primarily and at the same time sustainable and functional. Araró is a town in the state of Michoacán, Mexico. Belonging to the municipality of Zinapecuaro. At a distance of 45 km from the capital Morelia, and located a mile and a half from Lake Cuitzeo. A physical-geographic and climatological analysis of the locality is carried out to discover and understand the characteristics of its architecture; That is to say that its climate, sunsets, hydrography, geology, etc. Are factors that influence the use of certain materials as well as their formal characteristics that result in a unique image. Basically the project will address the needs of recreation and recreation to national tourism of the surrounding states including the own. Looking for places where you can find spaces for natural and family relaxation. The architectural project consists of four areas: Administrative, service, recreation and natural resources preservation, all of which form the Ecotourism Center.

El ecoturismo actual busca contribuir a la conservación de los recursos naturales, mediante una planeación integral del uso y manejo de éstos. Intenta promover el bienestar de las comunidades locales receptoras del turismo e incentivar el desarrollo sostenible, es decir, el crecimiento actual que no dañe las posibilidades futuras. El estado cuenta con bellos atractivos, uno en especial es el de la “Ruta de la salud”, esta es una región al norte conformada por sitios donde se encuentran manantiales de aguas termales con propiedades curativas y de relajamiento. El propósito es diseñar y planear un proyecto arquitectónico destinado a dar solución a la necesidad de un espacio que integre los atractivos naturales de la localidad, con la finalidad de que en ésta se lleven a cabo, de una manera segura y cómoda actividades eco turísticas y de esparcimiento, bajo un enfoque ecológico primordialmente y a su vez sustentable y funcional. Araró es un poblado en el estado de Michoacán, México. Subperteneciendo al municipio de Zinapecuaro. A una distancia de 45 km de la capital Morelia, y situado a kilómetro y medio del lago de Cuitzeo. Se lleva a cabo un análisis físico-geográfico y climatológico de la localidad, para descubrir y comprender las características de su arquitectura; es decir que su clima, asoleamientos, hidrografía, geología, etc. son factor que influye en la utilización de ciertos materiales así como sus características formales que dan como resultado una imagen única. Básicamente se dirigirá el proyecto a atender necesidades de recreación y esparcimiento a Turismo nacional de los estados circunvecinos incluyendo el propio. Que buscan lugares donde se pueda encontrar espacios de relajación natural y familiar. El proyecto arquitectónico realizado se compone primordialmente de cuatro áreas: Administrativa, de servicios, recreativa y de preservación de recursos naturales, las cuales conforman en su totalidad, el Centro Eco turístico.
