Tlaximal-oyan. Centro de convenciones en Ciudad Hidalgo, Michoacán

Abstract

The present work consists of an investigation that was realized for the design of "Tlaximal-oyan, Convention Center” located in the Municipality of Ciudad Hidalgo, Michoacán. The documentary research was divided into three sections, the first is of justification for the needs of the project, addressing issues from the approach of the problem that the municipality has on the lack of a convention center, determining that it has the social and cultural characteristics to grow the complex. The second chapter of the paper, talks about environmental phenomena that were fundamental part to give personality to the project, being made an urban study of the ideal property, to cover the needs of the project. It was consulted the regulations and normative that had influence in the realization of the project, obtaining the minimum measures, which were used for the projection of the architectural project. The third chapter was divided into three sections, the first of which was the execution of the architectural project, where various analyzes were carried out: organization of congresses, based on the Furniture Expo, and in this way obtaining an architectural program. The second section was the executive project, which is a response to the proposed construction systems, materials analyzed, finishes, among bachelorDegreeWork materials. The third and final section deals with the final visualization of the project, and the costs of the project, based on the parametric costs of NEODATA and the H. College of Architects of the FCARM.

El presente trabajo consiste de la investigación que se realizó para el diseño de “Tlaximal-oyan, Centro de Convenciones” ubicado en el Municipio de Ciudad Hidalgo, Michoacán. La investigación documental fue divida en tres apartados, el primero es sobre la justificación por la necesidad del proyecto, abordando temas desde el planteamiento del problema que tiene el municipio sobre la carencia de un centro de convenciones, determinando que posee las características sociales y culturales para hacer crecer el complejo. El segundo capítulo del trabajo, habla sobre fenómenos ambientales que fueron parte fundamental para darle personalidad al proyecto, realizándose un estudio urbano del predio ideal, para cubrir las necesidades del proyecto. Se consultaron los reglamentos y normativas que tuvieran influencia en la realización del proyecto, obteniendo las medidas mínimas, las cuales fungieron para la elaboración del proyecto arquitectónico. El tercer capítulo, fue dividido en tres apartados, el primero de ellos fue la ejecución del proyecto arquitectónico, donde se realizaron diversos análisis: organización de congresos, basándose en la Expo Mueble, y de esta forma obtener un programa arquitectónico. El segundo apartado, fue el proyecto ejecutivo, que documenta a los sistemas constructivos propuestos, materiales analizados, acabados, entre otros materiales. El tercer y último apartado, se trata de la visualización final del proyecto, y el precio de éste, con base a los costos paramétricos de NEODATA y del H. Colegio de Arquitectos del FCARM.
