Plaza de suministro en Taretan, Michoacán

Abstract

This thesis takes issue in the Supply Plaza at Taretan, Michoacán, which is projected in collaboration and for the Honorable Taretan Town Hall. This architectonic project covers the need of the Taretan population of a safe, healthy and new where they can buy its basic products. In order to do that social factors, historical factors and ambient factors were analyzed to achieve a proper solution. The Supply Plaza is based on a concept that relates to the place where it is projected, the whole project adapts to the place on a harmonious way in its design and has a link with nature given by the vegetation defined in the project. The impact of the building will be minor because it is sustainable because it respond to different climate factors and it uses different technics to take advantage of limited resources that are limited nowadays. The whole process is product of the interaction between the promoter and the designer, which enriches the project and achieves a building that satisfies both parts, to finally become what society need and also impact with pleasant sensations to the users.

Éste trabajo de tesis toma el proyecto de Plaza de Suministro en Taretan, Michoacán, el cual se proyecta en colaboración y para el Honorable Ayuntamiento de Taretan. Éste proyecto arquitectónico cubre la necesidad de la población de Taretan de un espacio seguro, salubre y nuevo donde comprar productos básicos. Para ello se analizaron los factores sociales, históricos, ambientales, con el fin de lograr una solución adecuada. La Plaza de Suministros se basa en un concepto que se relaciona con el lugar donde se proyecta, el conjunto se adapta al lugar de manera armoniosa en su diseño y tiene un vínculo con la naturaleza dado por la vegetación que se plantea en el conjunto. El impacto del edificio será menor ya que se trata de un edificio sustentable que responde a los distintos factores climáticos y plantea el uso de ecotecnias o técnicas para el aprovechamiento de recursos que son escasos hoy en día. Todo el proceso es producto de la interacción que se da entre el promotor y proyectista, el cual enriquece al proyecto y hace que se logre un edificio que deja satisfecho a ambas partes, para finalmente ser lo que la sociedad necesita y que además impacte con sensaciones agradables a los usuarios.
