Abstract

In our country tourism is one of the main sources of economic income, particularly in Michoacán there is a wide diversity in the potential tourist attractions of the country. Due to this situation it is necessary to fulfill the demands that the tourists need, one of them is the lodging. It has been concluded according to the research prior to the project that said need is an important factor to achieve a greater stay in the tourist place by the visitor. This situation generates greater economic spill in the region. In particular, the project is contextualized in the Purépecha region of Michoacán, due to the constant flow of tourism that exists in the area and the attractions that are there. It is also important to strengthen the tourism that is friendly with its natural context, being a rural area was raised the use of materials of the area and that affect the least possible to the environment, working with these methods brings several advantages, since being primary materials provide qualities that current systems do not. Therefore the building requires fewer methods of artificial air conditioning, the project is fully involved in the context, respects the regionality not neglecting modernity. En nuestro país el turismo es una de las principales fuentes de ingreso económico, particularmente en Michoacán existen una amplia diversidad en cuanto a los atractivos turísticos potenciales del país. Debido a esta situación se requiere cumplir las demandas que los turistas necesitan, una de ellas es la de alojamiento. Se ha llegado a la conclusión de acuerdo a la investigación previa al proyecto que dicha necesidad es factor importante para lograr una mayor estancia en el lugar turístico por parte del visitante. Dicha situación genera mayor derrama económica en la región. En particular el proyecto se contextualiza en la región purépecha de Michoacán, por el constante flujo turístico que existe en la zona y los atractivos que ahí se encuentran. Es importante también fortalecer el turismo que es amable con su contexto natural, al tratarse de una zona rural se planteó el uso de materiales de la zona y que afecten lo menos posible al medio ambiente, el trabajar con dichos métodos trae varias ventajas, ya que al tratarse de materiales primarios brindan cualidades que los sistemas actuales no lo hacen. Por lo tanto la edificación requiere menos métodos de climatización artificial, el proyecto se involucra en su totalidad al contexto, respeta la regionalidad no dejando de lado la modernidad. Otro punto importante es la reutilización de aguas tratadas, en este caso se plantean para riego después de su debido tratado para que después regresen a los mantos acuíferos con la menor cantidad de contaminantes posibles.
