Cartistica. Casa de cine en Cuitzeo

Abstract

In the present thesis develops the architectural and Executive project of a nest of fiilm developed in the town of Cuitzeo de el Porvenir, Michoacán. This project is driven by the city of Cuitzeo, mainly aimed at the inhabitants of the municipality. Interest in the realization of this work arises as a result of different film festivals that have taken place in the State of Michoacan, which is have been carried out in the municipality and have become popular, in addition to a study that was carried out where it was concluded that the momentum in these communities for cinema is null. Different social and contextual factors of the community, the State and the country, justifying the location and potential of the project have been taken into account during the development of this document. The purpose of the nest of cinema, will be having a building that is capable of promoting the development of the seventh art, intends to also be generator of jobs and tourism in Cuitzeo.

En la presente tesis se desarrolla el proyecto arquitectónico y ejecutivo de un Nido de Cine desarrollado en el municipio de Cuitzeo del Porvenir, Michoacán. Dicho proyecto es impulsado por el ayuntamiento de Cuitzeo, dirigido principalmente a los pobladores del municipio. El interés por la realización de este trabajo surge a raíz de diferentes festivales de cine que han tenido lugar en el estado de Michoacán, los cuales se han ido llevando a cabo en el municipio y se han popularizado, además de un estudio que se realizó, donde se concluyó que el impulso en estas comunidades hacia el cine es nulo. Durante el desarrollo de este documento se han tomado en cuenta diferentes factores sociales y contextuales de la comunidad, el estado y el país, justificando así la ubicación y potencialidad del proyecto. La finalidad del Nido de Cine, será contar con una edificación que sea capaz de promover el desarrollo del séptimo arte, se pretende también que sea generador de empleos y turismo en Cuitzeo.
