Centro recreativo comunitario para el municipio de Lázaro Cárdenas Michoacán

Abstract

This document has the purpose of incurring in the community field of a specific region and research about the behavior and function of this field in Architecture, from this it is done an experiment with a long term vision to resolve the problematic that is experienced at national level by an architectonic project that includes all the data obtained from the research from Lazaro Cardenas delegation. The peace index in México reveals us that the state of Michoacán is one of the most affected by the violence and the delegation of Lazaro Cardenas is one of the most affected from the state, which is the main problem. By doing a community re creative project it is resolved in an indirect way by entertaining the community and distract them of the conflicting activities. In the theoretic part of the easy it is necessary to know about the subject and how bachelorDegreeWork similar projects work as well as analyze the spaces and the requirements, for this I supported with analogies of the building and also of the region, also I took some of the characteristics, and combined them for the adaptation of the environment. As the project is intended to all the delegation I took the population data and selected the regions that were more specific, the ones the project is going to serve by a range of service, dictated by the alignments, also I realized surveys and comparative charts about the necessities and demands of the users as the results obtained by the analogies. Properly of the architectonic project talking more about the area of working, the terrain consists of a flat surface of three hectares of diameter, inside an isolated area full of trees and with only one road that is a federal highway. It was considered the prevailing winds, conditions of sunlight, high and low temperatures, precipitation, type of soil and some risk factors, all this for helping with the design, and define the orientation and the building’s shapes. The alignments to follow, technical-regulatory as technical- construction, helped with the structure aimed to be solid and with future possible changes. Though all the analysis, it was developed an architectonic project giving as result a set of buildings of industrial design unified by walkers and green areas combining with the existent vegetation.

El siguiente documento tiene como propósito incurrir dentro del ámbito comunitario de una región en específico y hacer una investigación sobre el comportamiento y funcionamiento de este dentro de la arquitectura, a partir de esto se hace un experimento con una visión a largo plazo para resolver una problemática que se vive a nivel nacional mediante un proyecto arquitectónico que incorpore los datos obtenidos de la investigación propios del municipio de Lázaro Cárdenas. El índice de paz en México nos revela que el estado Michoacán es uno de los más atacados por la violencia y el municipio de Lázaro Cárdenas uno de los más afectados del estado, siendo este el problema focal. Al realizar un proyecto recreativo comunitario se resuelve de manera indirecta entreteniendo a la comunidad para así distraer de actividades conflictivas. Dentro de la parte teórica del escrito es necesario conocer el tema y cómo funcionan otros proyectos similares, así como analizar sus espacios y requerimientos, para esto se apoyó con analogías tanto del edificio como de la región, se tomaron algunas de las características y se mezclaron para adaptarlos al entorno. Como el proyecto va dirigido a todo un municipio se tomaron los datos poblacionales y se seleccionaron las regiones más específicas al cual este daría servicio mediante un rango de servicio dictado por los alineamientos, además se realizaron encuestas y cuadros comparativos sobre las necesidades y exigencias de los usuarios y los resultados obtenidos en las analogías. Más propio del proyecto arquitectónico y en la parte de campo, el terreno consta de una superficie prácticamente plana de 3 hectáreas, dentro de un área abandonada repleta de grandes árboles con una sola vialidad que es carretera federal. Se consideraron los vientos dominantes, asoleamiento, temperaturas máximas y mínimas, precipitación, tipo de suelo y algunos factores de riesgo para ayuda a formar algunas pautas de diseño, definir las orientaciones y las formas de los edificios. Los lineamientos a seguir tanto técnico-normativos como técnico-constructivos ayudaron a seguir una estructura sólida para no sufrir de modificaciones futuras. Mediante el análisis del todo, se desarrolló la propuesta arquitectónica dando como resultado un conjunto de edificios de estilo industrial unidos mediante andadores y cubiertas verdes intersectándose entre la vegetación existente.
