Abstract

The present document consists of a research for the design and construction of a university aquatic center, from which various analyzes were carried out. In this way, this thesis includes analysis of the students and the Nicolaita community of the university city focused on the minimum percentage of students enrolled in any type of physical activity or sport inside of the Universidad Michoacana de San Nicolás de Hidalgo. On the bachelorDegreeWork hand, it also has urban, functional and theoretical analyzes, as well as the study of the context regarding the project, analyzing the environmental characteristics in order to make this project sustainable. The present results give us the green light for the construction of an aquatic center with the purpose of encouraging physical activity in people, training high performance athletes and promoting physical culture and sports in the life of the Nicolaita community.

El presente trabajo consiste en una investigación para el diseño y la construcción de un centro acuático universitario, a partir del cual se realizaron diversos análisis. De esta manera esta tesis incluye análisis tanto de los estudiantes o comunidad nicolaita de ciudad universitaria enfocados en el porcentaje mínimo de matriculados que realizan algún tipo de actividad física o deporte dentro de la Universidad Michoacana de San Nicolás de Hidalgo. Por otro lado, también cuenta con análisis urbanos, funcionales y teóricos, así como el estudio del contexto respecto al proyecto, analizando las características medioambientales con la finalidad de hacer este proyecto sustentable. Los resultados presentes nos dan luz verde para la construcción de un centro acuático con los propósitos de fomentar la actividad física en las personas, formar deportistas de alto rendimiento y promover en la vida de la comunidad nicolaita la cultura física y el deporte.
