Abstract

The present document has as theoretical and practical objective the realization of a sociocultural center formed by two elements, a theater for 2000 people, and a space of workshops with library and art gallery joined by a diagonal cover. In Frame II, the properties of the location of the land and the urban equipment of the area are shown, as well as the climatological conditions of the city and the level of affectation to the project as such. In Frame III, construction standards are attached regarding the type of building and the construction systems to be used, types of construction materials, as well as the finishes.

El presente documento tiene como objetivo teórico y práctico la realización de un centro sociocultural formado por dos elementos, un teatro para 2000 personas, y un espacio de talleres con biblioteca y galería de arte unidos por una cubierta diagonal. En el Marco I, se describen de manera detallada los antecedentes de la ciudad, de la región y el lugar del mismo proyecto, estadísticas de población y analogías a analizar. En el Marco II, se muestran las propiedades de la localización del terreno y el equipamiento urbano de la zona, como también las condiciones climatológicas de la ciudad y el nivel de afectación al proyecto como tal. Así como también un análisis del crecimiento y dirección de vivienda para su propuesta de localización. En el Marco III, se adjunta las normas de construcción referentes al tipo de edificio y los sistemas constructivos a utilizar, tipos de materiales de construcción, como también los acabados.
