Abstract

In the present protocol the project of what will be the Civil Protection Center in Tuxpan Michoacán is developed, in which we will present the approach of what the project will be. Which will consist in the design of a space to carry out these activities in the different areas such as: emergency service, training and training, maneuvers for vehicles, public assistance and recreational areas. The present is developed in chapters, firstly; the introductory framework, where you have the problem of the subject and the objectives to achieve, both personal and architectural. In the socio-cultural framework we can find what is the definition of the topic, we also analyze the population data to which our project will pay attention, we also include data such as the index and the main causes of accidents in the region, so that this way to justify the project and show that it is viable. The next chapter is the physical-geographic framework, where we have the climatological data of the area of ​​our land, as well as the location, type of soil, etc. After this we talk about the urban setting where the site is located, as well as the equipment and infrastructure that the site has. In this way we move on to what is the normative technical framework, where the different regulations are taken into account to develop the project properly according to these.

En el presente protocolo se desarrolla el proyecto de lo que será el Centro de Protección Civil en Tuxpan Michoacán, en el cual presentaremos el planteamiento de lo que será el proyecto. El cual consistirá en el diseño de un espacio para llevar a cabo dichas actividades en las diferentes áreas como son: servicio de emergencias, capacitación y entrenamiento, maniobras para vehículos, asistencia pública y áreas recreativas. El presente se desarrolla en capítulos, en primer lugar; el marco introductorio, donde se tiene la problemática del tema y los objetivos a alcanzar, tanto personales como arquitectónicos. En el marco sociocultural se encuentra lo que es la definición del tema, también se analizan los datos de población a los que brindara atención nuestro proyecto, también se incluyen los datos como el índice y causas principales de accidentes en la región, para que de esta manera poder justificar el proyecto y demostrar que es viable. El siguiente capítulo es el marco físico-geográfico, donde tenemos los datos climatológicos del área de nuestro terreno, así como la localización, tipo de suelo, etc. Después de esto hablamos del marco urbano donde se tiene la localización del sitio, así como el equipamiento e infraestructura con la que cuenta el predio. Así de esta manera pasamos a lo que es el marco técnico normativo, donde se toman en cuenta las diferentes normativas para desarrollar el proyecto adecuadamente de acuerdo a estas.
