Proyecto arquitectónico para el mercado municipal de la ciudad de Pátzcuaro Michoacán (reubicación de puestos ambulantes)

Abstract

This thesis addresses the theme of the Municipal Market of Pátzcuaro Michoacán and its problematic, mainly focused on the street stands located on the main streets of the historic center. It is mentioned that there is not an adequate space for all of them therefore obstruct the streets, causing that the vehicular traffic is slow and congestion is made road. Due to the use that you are giving to these streets, the concrete has begun to thunder and rise, producing flooding of water, the colander’s are covered by the amount of mud and trash generated, due to the lack of formal premises each of The tenants make their own facilities, thus taking the risk of a short circuit, explosion by gas. The purpose of this thesis was to find a solution to this problem, which led to an approach with the merchants of the city, having as a solution a proposal for an architectural project for the Municipal Market of the city of Pátzcuaro and to be able to relocate to the merchants. The development of this architectural proposal began with an analysis of the site studying the trade in the city since last time, also carried out a study of the user directly with the merchants. It was proposed a single-storey building, which is divided into three main areas, one containing the administration, local dry zone and the semi-humid zone. The central area is located the dining area, kitchens and cellars. Finally in the third area is located the wet zone. This distribution is given to have a greater order to the sale of the products. It has a central square which directs to these three areas apart from providing a distribution allows the winds to run in the building and is better the exit of malodors and ventilation in the same, giving to the merchants and clients comfort.

La presente tesis aborda el tema del Mercado Municipal de Pátzcuaro Michoacán y su problemática, principalmente enfocada a los puestos ambulantes localizados sobre las calles principales del centro histórico. Se menciona que no existe un espacio adecuado para todos ellos por lo tanto obstruyen las calles, ocasionando que el tránsito vehicular sea lento y se haga una congestión vial. Debido al uso que se les estas dando a estas calles, el concreto ha comenzado a tronar y levantarse, produciendo encharcamiento de agua, las coladeras se tapan por la cantidad de lodo y basura generada, debido a que no se tienen locales formales cada uno de los locatarios hace sus propias instalaciones, teniendo así el riesgo de un corto circuito, explosión por el gas. La finalidad de esta tesis era encontrar una solución a esta problemática por lo cual se hizo un acercamiento con los comerciantes de la ciudad, teniendo como una solución una propuesta para un proyecto arquitectónico para el Mercado Municipal de la ciudad de Pátzcuaro y poder reubicar a los comerciantes. El desarrollo de esta propuesta arquitectónica comenzó con un análisis del sitio estudiando el comercio en la ciudad desde tiempo pasado, también se realizó un estudio del usuario directamente con los comerciantes. Se propuso un edificio de una sola planta, el cual se divide en tres zonas principales, una contiene la administración, locales de zona seca y la zona semi-húmeda. El área central se localiza la zona de comedor, cocinas y bodegas. Por último, en el área tercera se localiza la zona húmeda. Se da esta distribución para tener un mayor orden a la venta de los productos. Se tiene una plaza central la cual dirige a estas tres áreas aparte de brindar una distribución permite que los vientos corran en el edificio y sea mejor la salida de malos olores y ventilación en el mismo, brindando a los comerciantes y clientes confort.
