Abstract: A sustainable housing complex consists of a housing unit that can mean both vertically and horizontally. And by combining sustainable architecture, a project can be achieved that is capable of meeting the needs of present generations without compromising the possibilities of the future. The development of the theme SUSTAINABLE HABITATIONAL COMPLEX (CHS) is presented at the Félix Ireta colony in Morelia Michoacán, where the project is briefly explained in all its phases and whose promoter is the FECAVI construction company in Morelia Michoacán. The purpose of the project is to innovate the design, planning and real organization of housing complexes in order to provide an improvement in the quality of life of the population. One of the main interests in the subject was time and distance, because it is very important to know in what to invest the daily time, promoting that the nucleus of the city does not expand provoking long transfer times.
