Centro gastronómico y comedor estudiantil para la U.M.S.N.H. en la ciudad de Morelia Michoacán

Abstract

The project to be presented deals with the social and hygienic issues facing the Gastronomic Center of the Ciudad Universitaria campus, located in the city of Morelia, Michoacán. This problem with the facilities of the property takes more than 10 years, because when they gave the land of the campus to establish the Gastronomic Center did not provide it with the necessary infrastructure, so the tenants with the passage of time were adapting the property with Form your economic needs and scope. At present, the floor has a concrete floor, in certain parts with ceramic slab, in front of the facade it is surrounded with cyclonic mesh and covered with awnings of different brands of soft drinks which are mostly damaged. In terms of facilities, the system is very deficient since they are not designed by a specialist, but by the creativity of the tenant, which makes it a risk for all the people who are in the place. Therefore, what is being proposed for the new GASTRONOMIC CENTER AND STUDENT ROOM FOR THE U.M.S.N.H. It is a totally different and innovative building compared to what is currently available. It is proposed that it be ecological, recycle gray water and collect rainwater, all the facilities will be projected in detail so that they are not visible, a new hygiene system will be implemented with the necessary standards. With the facade that will have 100% natural light and ventilation will be used, thus reducing the consumption of them. With this, we are looking for the UNIVERSITY to be recognized not only for its academic level but also for its infrastructure and planning of its campuses.

El proyecto a exponer trata de la problemática social e higiénica que enfrenta el Centro Gastronómico del campus de Ciudad Universitaria, ubicada en la ciudad de Morelia, Michoacán. Este problema con las instalaciones del inmueble lleva más de 10 años, debido que cuando cedieron el terreno del campus para poder establecer el Centro Gastronómico no lo dieron con la infraestructura necesaria, por lo cual los locatarios con el paso del tiempo fueron adecuando el inmueble con forme a sus necesidades y alcances económicos. En la actualidad se cuenta con el piso un firme de concreto, en ciertas partes con losa de cerámica, en cuestión de fachada está cercada con malla ciclónica y techado con toldos de distintas marcas de refrescos las cuales están en su mayoría dañada. En cuestión de instalaciones es muy deficiente su sistema ya que no están proyectadas por un especialista, sino por la creatividad del locatario lo que lo hace un riesgo para todas las personas que se encuentren en el lugar. Por lo cual lo que se está proponiendo para el nuevo CENTRO GASTRONÓMICO Y COMEDOR ESTUDIANTIL PARA LA U.M.S.N.H. es un edificio totalmente diferente e innovador a comparación del que se tiene en la actualidad. Se propone que sea ecológico, reciclara aguas grises y recaudara las aguas pluviales, se proyectará detalladamente todas las instalaciones para que no sean visibles, se implementara un sistema nuevo de higiene con los estándares necesarios. Con la fachada que tendrá se aprovechará al 100% la luz y ventilación natural, así se reducirá el consumo de las mismas. Con esto se está buscando que la UNIVERSIDAD se reconozca no solo por su nivel académico sino por su infraestructura y planeación de sus campus.
