Centro recreativo para pensionados y jubilados del I.S.S.S.T.E. en Morelia, Michoacán

Abstract

The general objective of the present work is to make the architectural design proposal of a Recreative Center, directed especially for pensioners and retired people of the Instituto de Seguridad y Servicios Sociales del Estado (I.S.S.S.T.E.), located in the municipality of Morelia in the State of Michoacán, that by analyzing the activities, needs and statistics of the mentioned users, buildings are projected and spaces suitable for the realization of sports, recreational, cultural and administrative activities. The governmental Institute mentioned, by not having a building of this type in the municipality, makes the design proposal be innovative and functional, since it uses a concept that gives shape to the buildings and interacts with the urban context of the area, lighting and ventilating in a natural way each of the buildings that conform the Recreative Center, with the aim of saving the biggest quantity of energy. Likewise, in this document are found and describe the architectural plans, the perspectives, the facilities, the materials and construction systems used to perform each of the buildings, highlighting the use of permeable concrete pavements that allow the filtration of water to the aquifers to minimize the environmental impact. The realization of the Recreative Center seeks to create programs focused on improving physical and cultural activity which in turn gives more quality of life for pensioners and retirees.

El objetivo general del presente trabajo es hacer la propuesta de diseño arquitectónico de un Centro Recreativo, dirigido especialmente para las personas pensionadas y jubiladas del Instituto de Seguridad y Servicios Sociales del Estado (I.S.S.S.T.E.), ubicado en el municipio de Morelia en el Estado de Michoacán, que mediante el análisis de las actividades, necesidades y estadísticas de los usuarios mencionados, se proyectan edificaciones y espacios adecuados para la realización de actividades deportivas, recreativas, culturales y administrativas. El Instituto gubernamental mencionado al no contar con una edificación de este tipo en el municipio hace que la propuesta de diseño sea innovadora y funcional, ya que utiliza un concepto que le da la forma a las edificaciones e interactúa con el contexto urbano de la zona, iluminando y ventilando de manera natural cada una de los edificios que conforman el Centro Recreativo, con el objetivo de ahorrar la mayor cantidad de energía. Así mismo en el presente documento se encuentran y describen los planos arquitectónicos, las perspectivas, las instalaciones, los materiales y sistemas constructivos utilizados para realizar cada una de las edificaciones, destacando la utilización de concretos permeables en firmes que permiten la filtración de agua hacia los mantos acuíferos para minimizar el impacto ambiental. La realización del Centro Recreativo busca crear programas enfocados a mejorar la actividad física y cultural que a su vez da mayor calidad de vida de los pensionados y jubilados.
