Centro ecoturístico en la rivera de Lago de Zirahuén

Abstract

The project presented in this document was conducted by the concern of the environmental deterioration generated by the architecture and construction industries, one of the human activities with most environmental damage, that leaves behind a serious ecological footprint due to the irrational extraction of natural resources, the excess in energy consumption, and the large amount of waste that it generates. Motivated by this facts, in the present work, an ecotourism centre was designed, located on the shore of the Zirahuén Lake and based on the fundaments of the ecologic projects and the bioclimatic design. The ultimate goal; achieve a project with a high energy efficiency which prioritises the rational use of natural resources, reducing the ecological footprint that construction and the ecotourism centre itself can leave. As a starting point, we analysed the historicalsociocultural and the physical geography context, from which we obtained the necessary data to carry out the bioclimatic analysis, leading to the establishment of the ecotechnics and the passive climate criteria that were implemented within the normative framework. Having established the technical-constructive criteria, the requirements and needs of the users for the elaboration of the architectural program and the functional analysis were determined. Once these studies were completed, the formal aspect of the project was developed, focusing on the integration of the ecotourism centre in the urban-architectural context. Finally, the product of the present research, it is reflected in the production of the necessary planimetry for its construction.

El proyecto realizado en este documento, nace de la preocupación del deterioro ambiental que esta causando actualmente la industria de la arquitectura y la construcción, siendo esta una de las actividades del ser humano que más daño causa al medio ambiente dejando una grave huella ecológica, debido a la extracción irracional de recurso naturales, el exceso en el consumo energético y la gran cantidad residuos que genera. Por ello en este trabajo se diseñó un centro ecoturístico ubicado en la rivera del lago de Zirahuén, basado en los principios del proyecto ecológico y los fundamentos del diseño bioclimático, con el objetivo de lograr un proyecto de alta eficiencia energética, que priorice el uso racional de los recursos naturales, aminorando la huella ecológica que puede dejar la construcción y el uso propio del centro ecotrístico. Como punto de partida se analizó el contexto histórico-sociocultural y contexto físico-geográfico de los cuales se obtuvo los datos necesarios para realizar el análisis bioclimático, y con ello se estableció las ecotecnias y criterios de climatización pasiva que se implementaron. Todo lo anterior dentro del marco normativo. Habiendo establecido los criterios técnico-constructivos, se determinaron los requerimientos y necesidades de los usuarios para la elaboración del programa arquitectónico y el análisis funcional. Terminando los análisis anteriores, se desarrolló el aspecto formal del proyecto, teniendo com fin el integrar el centro ecoturístico a su contexto urbanoarquitectónico. Finalmente, toda la información que resulto de la investigación se ve reflejada en la elaboración de la planimetría necesaria para su construcción.
