Abstract

In this thesis document is recorded the architectural design experience that responds to the institution that gave virtue of the request that was raised in June 2014 to the Normal Superior School of the State of Michoacán, which is in charge of Dr. Fernando Vazquez García. , which the current building of said institution does not satisfy the student demand, the facilities are not the ideal ones in questions of health and of implementation for the teaching by the increase of interested students to enter this institution for which the necessity of a new space that is capable of housing the entire academic and student institution, in which the thesis project is born, with the real problems. This document is divided into three stages, the first in the collection of information, which is integrated in chapters 1 to 7., which talks about the research methodology, aspects of climate, regulation and design parameters among others important aspects, then stage two covered in chapter 8., of this document in which are resolved in the architectural, structural, engineering, finishes etc., which integrates 36 planes, the architectural aesthetics of this building has a neo-rationalist theoretical foundation with a view to the implementation of simple and material forms. The third stage the administration of work, which responds to responses from the developer that will benefit in the development of this architectural project of the higher normal school which are divided into parametric, partial and global parametric costs which takes the highest parameter for the management of the economic resources for the elaboration of this project.

En el presente documento de tesis queda registrada la experiencia de diseño arquitectónico que responde a la institución que dio virtud de solicitud que se planteó en junio de 2014 a la Escuela Normal Superior del Estado de Michoacán que está a cargo del Dr. Fernando Vázquez García., la cual el edificio actual de dicha institución no satisface a la demanda estudiantil, las instalaciones no son las idóneas en cuestiones de salud y de implementación para la docencia por el incremento de estudiantes interesados a ingresar a esta institución por el cual la necesidad de un nuevo espacio que sea capaz de albergar a toda la institución académica y estudiantil, en el cual nace el proyecto de tesis, teniendo la problemática real. Este documento está dividido en tres etapas, la primera en la recopilación de información, la cual está integrado en los capítulos 1 hasta el 7., La cual habla de la metodología de investigación, los aspectos del clima, reglamentación y parámetros de diseño entre otros aspectos importantes, posteriormente la etapa dos que abarca en el capítulo 8., de este documento en el cual están resueltos en los planos arquitectónicos, estructurales, de ingeniería, acabados etc., La cual integran 36 planos, la estética arquitectónica de este edificio tiene un fundamento teórico neo-racionalista con forme a la implementación de formas simples y materiales. La tercera etapa la administración de obra, el cual responde a respuestas del promotor que beneficiara en la elaboración de este proyecto arquitectónico de la escuela normal superior la cual están divididas en costos paramétricos, paramétricos parcial y global el cual se toma el parámetro más alto para la gestión de los recursos económicos para la elaboración de este proyecto.
