Abstract

The project to present is a comprehensive Center of art and culture that is projected in the city of Morelia, in Michoacán, Mexico, where several buildings for recreational, artistic and cultural, making activities are developed emphasis on the building of workshops and artistic activities. The content of the work presents the work of theoretical and practical research that has been necessary for the development of the architectural project and photographic study of the property located between Juan Álvarez and Valentín Gómez Farías streets in the colony Center of the city of Morelia. Includes index, images, tables, graphics, bibliographies drawings, specification and parametric cost of the project. This document is divided into the development of the theoretical information and the architectural development of the project presented in drawings that are attached to the document

El proyecto a presentar se trata de un Centro Integral de Arte y de Cultura que se proyecta en la ciudad de Morelia, en el estado de Michoacán, México, en donde se desarrollan varios edificios para distintas actividades recreativas, artísticas y culturales, haciendo énfasis en el edificio de talleres y actividades artísticas. En el contenido del documento se presenta el trabajo de investigación teórica y práctica que ha sido necesaria para el desarrollo del proyecto arquitectónico y estudio fotográfico del predio ubicado entre las calles Juan Álvarez y Valentín Gómez Farías en la colonia centro de la ciudad de Morelia. Se incluye índice, imágenes, tablas, gráficas, bibliografías, planos, memoria descriptiva y costo paramétrico del proyecto. Este documento se divide en el desarrollo de la información teórica y el desarrollo arquitectónico del proyecto presentado en planos que se adjuntan al documento.
