Propuesta Urbana de Desarrollo Habitacional Sustentable en “El Durazno”, Morelia, Michoacán

Abstract

The present work consists of an investigation with the purpose of designing an urban proposal of a residential development and rural type with sustainable approach and with modality of property regime in horizontal condominium, the location of the land object of study is in "El Durazno "In Morelia, Michoacán. Various analyzes were carried out, such as the recognition of the context, the identification of the territorial conditions of the site, the identification of current regulations to be applied, the review of some analogous cases; which allowed identifying design criteria that led to the development of the design proposal according to the current requirements of society.

El presente trabajo consiste en una investigación con el fin de diseñar una propuesta urbana de un Desarrollo habitacional de tipo residencial y campestre con enfoque sustentable y con modalidad de régimen de propiedad en condominio horizontal, la ubicación del terreno objeto de estudio es en “El Durazno” en Morelia, Michoacán. Se realizaron diversos análisis como el reconocimiento del contexto, la identificación de las condicionantes territoriales del sitio, la identificación de normatividad vigente a aplicar, la revisión de algunos casos análogos; lo que permitió identificar criterios de diseño que dieron pie al desarrollo de la propuesta de diseño acorde a los requerimientos actuales de la sociedad.
