Análisis de la vivienda vertical en Morelia, Michoacán. Caso: Conjunto habitacional Campestre del Vergel, edificio 46

Abstract

Today, within the field of architecture and urbanization of cities, the strategy of vertical housing has gained great relevance, which has generated positive and negative reactions according to the contexts where it has been developed. However, this research seeks to approach the reality of Morelia based on the issue of vertical housing as part of the urban redensification alternative. The present investigation is entitled Analysis of vertical housing in Morelia, Michoacan. Case: Campestre del Vergel housing complex, building 46. This presents the antecedents directly related to the development of the vertical housing background, as well as its definition, characteristics, definition, origin, evolution and actuality, as well as the advantages and disadvantages of the vertical housing. The analysis of a particular case is also presented, the housing complex Campestre del Vergel, building 46 of the city of Morelia, as part of one of the social developments that fall within the sphere of vertical housing. Subsequently, the diagnosis of the current state of the housing space is integrated, based on some indicators such as service conditions, density, infrastructure, etc.

Hoy en día, dentro del campo de la arquitectura y la urbanización de las ciudades, ha cobrado gran relevancia la estrategia de la vivienda vertical, la cual ha generado reacciones positivas y negativas según los contextos donde se ha desarrollado. Sin embargo, la presente investigación busca acercarse a la realidad moreliana a partir del tema de la vivienda vertical como parte de la alternativa de redensificación urbana. La presente investigación lleva por título Análisis de la vivienda vertical en Morelia, Michoacán. Caso: Conjunto habitacional Campestre del Vergel, edificio 46. En ésta se presentan los antecedentes relacionados directamente con el desarrollo antecedentes de la vivienda vertical, así como su definición, características, definición, origen, evolución y actualidad, así como las ventajas y desventajas de la vivienda vertical. También se presenta el análisis de un caso particular, el conjunto habitacional Campestre del Vergel, edificio 46 de la ciudad de Morelia, como parte de uno de los desarrollos sociales que entran dentro de la esfera de la vivienda vertical. Posteriormente se integra el diagnóstico del estado actual del espacio habitacional, con base en algunos indicadores como condiciones de servicio, densidad, infraestructura, etc.
